Right by the nature, in the middle of a protected neighbourhood from 1940s and easily accessible from the central station / T-centralen (14 mins by metro). Walking distance or 6 minutes metro ride to the Sodermalm island, which is the hip part of town full of artsy shops, eclectic cafes and the popular parks and beaches. Metro works throughout the night over weekends.

Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, essentials, kitchen, heating, hair dryer, hangers, iron, washer, dryer, hot water, TV, shampoo, WIFI, laptop friendly workspace, paid parking off premises, elevator that goes all the way into the apartment, and smoke detector.

House rules:
Suitable for children (2-12 years) and infants (under 2 years). However, it is worth noting that there are stairs inside the apartment from the entrance door to the corridor where the elevator comes up. Pets, smoking and parties/events are not allowed. Also, no shoes in the apartment please. Late arrivals and early check ins can be accommodated with a fee: Check-in is between 16.00 - 21.00. After 9:00 PM, there is a late checkin fee of $30. The fee is to be paid on arrival. Please communicate in advance if your arrival time is after midnight.
