You will always feel welcome in this fabulous Florida pool home in the gated community of West Haven. It has plenty of space with 2 master suites. With no neighbors at the back of the Orlando holiday villa you have plenty of privacy. It has a great games room with air hockey, and a pool table and a large wall mounted flat screen TV. This Orlando vacation rental home is close to Disney and shopping, yet away from the crowds.

Family vacation

The area of the property was really good. The house was really spacious. It was about 25 minutes to Disney and about 40 to Universal Studios. It was clean and the pool was getting maintenance done during our stay. The downfall was that I did not get clear check in info until the day of my check in. I was not advised of the things the property did not include such as our own dish soap, detergent, and small little things that were needed. The beds were a bit hard they squeak every time u would move. Every doorknob to the restroom did not lock. Those were my downfalls.

Great choice

Property and location is great. The only two bad things were 1. mattresses need replaced!! 2. No toilet paper or paper towel refills are supplied Everything else this is a very good. Would recommend for a relaxing vacation.

In need of repairs poor cleaning

When we arrived at the house it had a very strong mildew odor. As we walked the house taking our pictures of any visible damage it got much worse. The vents were all dirty there were broken slider blinds lying on the floor. The kitchen Celine has water damage the upstairs master toilet has a broken handle and would keep running. The sheets were worn out and the bed comforters were not clean. There’s little to no cooking equipment. The dishes were dirty and cups had mold in them. There’s broken closet doors up stairs also. We immediately called the number for help and they person who answered refused to come to the property to fix any of the issues. We asked for new sheets and they dropped off 1 blanket. The washer and dryer are old and the dryer takes 2 times to dry ur closes. The pool was dirty and we didn’t pay for the pool heat but when we called the manager was trying to convince us they had just been there that day to turn on the pool heat. Kitchen table is broken. A ceiling fan is also broken upstairs. When we asked for assistance the answer we got was the cleaning done reflects the price per night. We stayed from a Monday to Sunday and paid 1200 this should come with a better cleaning process. At least more customer service when asked for.

Great place

It was a really good place to stay. Everything organize and clean. Close to great stores and access to Disney parks. I admit that the house need a little maintenance in some areas but not bother me at all. Thank you

Very spacious, excellent location.

This spacious property is in an ideal location for visiting all the main attractions in the area. The larger than average pool area is a very nice place to relax and the restaurants and shops nearby are very convenient after a full day out. The house is very comfortable and although it looks a bit tired in places, with a few small adjustments, this would be overlooked.
