AMERICAN MANOR : Private Pool 24/7 Support During Your Stay

AMERICAN MANOR is a beautiful four bedroom, four bathroom home located in The Manor at West Haven – a gated community in the prestigious ChampionsGate area that features a playground area for children and tennis courts.

The home features two master suites, each with a king-sized bed. Both master suites have corner tubs and separate shower and one features private pool-patio access. The third bedroom has two twin beds (NO TV). The fourth bedroom has two full sized beds
These bedrooms both have attached bathrooms as well, making American Manor an ideal home for any group!

The private pool and spa are conservation-backed and designed to maximize your privacy while you enjoy your time swimming, soaking, or sitting on the patio. The home offers complimentary wireless internet for your convenience.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

All Star Worlds Coaches Home

We absolutely loved our stay in this home and the amount of space this home provides. We chose this as our “Coaches Home” while we had teams competing in All Star Worlds in Orlando. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and a great place to escape the busy-ness of the city. It’s in close proximity of local shops & restaurants which made it easy to eat great food then come back and relax at the pool. Thank you Brian for providing a very enjoyable & relaxing experience.

Spacious

House was spacious and design was very good - 2 master bedrooms, large living room. House seemed clean but when daughter pulled sheets from bed when we were leaving, there was a large stain on mattress. Outside around pool there was dirt - we had a 2 year old so that was not ideal - and the cushions were pretty worn. But there were LOTS of other great things about this property. Kitchen was very well stocked, convenient location, quiet neighborhood (some noise from fire trucks but a sound machine will cover it up), gated community, showers/jacuzzi/regular tubs, hot tub was great!

American Manor Stay Easter Week April 2023

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was a great lay out for our family. There are two master bedrooms. The main master bedroom bed foot board had damage to it prior to out arrival and was a bit noisy to sleep on. We were at the parks early each day so the noise of the construction in the back did not really bother us, but it did sake the house at times which may explain a number of the cracked ceramic tile. The house was large and clean. Good stay here.

Beautiful Home

This house was absolutely beautiful. Great location if you’re going to Disney and the hot tub will help you relax after a long day walking in the parks. Would definitely stay here again. FYI the lawn care people come very early on Tuesdays.

Do Not Stay Here. Horrible experience.

I have to take this moment to write this, we were so disappointed with this place, the CDC Cleaning was not done when we came in, the sheets were dirty and just remade from previous use, there were hair on the sheets and crumbs of food. Not washed. I had to wash them on the first day, and I had to clean all the surfaces and wipe down the surfaces especially because of Covid. The kitchen sink faucet is broken and sprinkles water all over the place. And out of courtesy I wish there was some soap here, we did not bring soap with us thinking we will survive the first day with whatever is in the property and then go buy more, but not even a single soap in the property. There’s COVID going around, how can this house be this dirty and without any soap. Also, we were supposed to have several Garbage bags according to the sign on the fridge, but we had 1 garbage bag. The pool has frogs in it so we couldn’t use it. All I can say at this point is that please don’t do this to the next guests. Please clean the property, especially due to COVID CDC compliance. We are local so we checked out a day early. We are a family that vacations a lot, we have never had such a horrible experience.

The home was okay. Clean but alittle out dated. This home is being managed by 3rd party which made the check in not so welcoming. They wanted a physical check in which was very new to what I am normally use to. They want me to show up to there office before 5pm which was hard to do since I am in fl on vacation. I had to contact VRBO so they can contact management. Austin told me through email is I don't show up for a physical check in I won't be able to check in and I will get charged for the day. Be careful renting homes like this.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay during Memorial Day weekend could’ve been a complete bust but we did everything g in our power to make the best of it. As we pulled up to the house on Saturday, we discovered the trash can over flowing with trash on the ground around it as well. We figured the trash was going to be picked up soon. We went inside the house, everything was nice & clean. Furniture is dated, dining chairs stained. The pool needed to be cleaned. There was hair & debri floating in it. After leaving several emails to the host which went unanswered, we went to Walmart & purchased a net. The trash was never picked up until Tuesday. (Due to Monday being a holiday. The rep from Florida Spirit finally replied to our emails on Tuesday stating I should’ve called a number for emergencies provided on my check in email. (There is no such number). But basically pool is clean once/wk & trash is picked up once/wk. There’s a note on the garage door which says extra trash could be picked up by calling the number. But the number is incorrect. Prior to arrival I had no problem reaching the host, Brian via email. They did refund my hot tub heating fees. Overall our stay was good. No thanks to Florida Spirit Vacations. I would not stay at this property again because I think trash should be picked up daily, & pool should be cleaned more than once per week. Or at least before new guests arrive.
