Great House

Great place to stay. We were very happy to see how well kept the outside of the house was as we drove up and even more happy when we went through the house. Great location, very close to the Disney parks and eating places. We hope to stay here again.

The Home is very large with plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms. Very clean upon arrival and well stocked with towels for all. The pool was great with sun all day long. We opted for pool heat and it was very reasonable in price. The pool area is large with 2 fans under cover and 2 tables with chairs as well as loungers with cushions. We had ZERO problems and all went well. The owner is super responsive throughout the rental process and easy to get in touch with. We even extended a day and that was very easy to do since that day we needed was available.

Family weekend getaway

My family and I had a phenomenal weekend. The pool wasn’t clean when we first arrived but someone came and cleaned it within the hour of our arrival. We would definitely recommend property and stay there again when visiting the city.

Great Place To Stay!!

We had a total of 15 people in our party and this was by far the best way to go for vacation stays! The house was absolutely perfect and the neighborhood was great! The house was very clean and laid out great! There was plenty of room for everyone. All of the rooms were cozy, the kitchen was great, the game room was cool and we loved the pool! We would highly recommend this house to anyone going to the Orlando area! We will be renting here again next year for our Spring Break trip for sure...and maybe even sooner!

I am very glad that you have enjoyed your stay in our villa. We always wish all our guests to experience their vacation they will remember for years. Sitting in the covered pool area and watching my kids playing soccer in open space was such a joy when we bought this house earlier this year. We will continue doing our best to keep the house at a high standard for our guests to enjoy.

Two fantastic weeks

Although this is an older property it is well maintained and very clean. Everything was as advertised. The pool, hot tub, kitchen appliances all were top notch. The beds were comfortable. We did buy additional beach towels but other than that the house is adequately supplied. The location could not be better. The owner is very responsive.

House was great!

House was clean and the pictures of the home/bedrooms were very accurate. The few minor issues, very minor, were dealt with immediately after a quick email to the owner. Plenty of outside space and we loved having the lanai to continue to be outside when the sun was very hot or when it rained.

Very Spacious and Clean House - Fun to Stay

My family arrived this lovely home for a short vacation. Everything is pretty much exactly as shown in the webpage. The house is spacious with large 7 bedrooms plus living room, family room, kitchen and breakfast area. It is more than enough for my family. We love the lanai and pool in the back with the open view. The kids and the family members enjoyed the outside setting very much. The house is extremely clean, and most importantly the owner was very responsive and helpful. We love the place and definitely will come again next year. M.

Thank you for the review. We are glad we can help you on arranging an early check-in with the group people ahead you. Due to the difficulties of travel schedule, sometime our guests arrive earlier than normal check-in time, we always try our best to make their arrival and departure easier if the situations allow. Thank the help from the cleaning crew, it works well for both you and the other group. Looking forward to seeing you next year. Ning

Absolutely Satisfied

From the time we booked this home, it was a wonderful experience. The owner was so very gracious and communicated with us throughout the stay. She was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. The home was lovely and accommodated my family in every way. So comfortable and large enough for us to enjoy our family Christmas as if we were at our own homes. Close enough to all the parks and the resort was beautiful. We all enjoyed our stay so much and this home was perfect in every way. Thank you to the owner for making sure that all our needs were met. We are absolutely sure we made the right choice . Looking forward to coming back and hoping to be lucky enough to reserve this beautiful home again.

Nice roomy house

The house was lovely. This was the first house I stayed in that requested that I wash the towels, so I thought that was odd because I didn't bring detergent, and the house didn't provide any. I wish I had known beforehand that I had to pay $20 for a gate access card. The property owner was very fast at responding to any inquiries. Five stars! I would suggest updating the pool sticks because they have no tips :)

Thank you very much for booking with us. We already took away the sign asking guests to wash towels when a guest uses more than one set towels. The reason at the time was for the same day check-in and out situation, cleaning crew may have issues to get all towels ready on time. We have not followed this rule long time ago, which is not addressed in check-in information. Sorry we did not make it clear.

Great location

With plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, this house was a good option for our multi-family vacation. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals at home or there are plenty of restaurants within a short drive. The location near Disney World’s parks is convenient for outings. Although the layout and basics of the home are good, the furniture and decor is dated and the bedding needs replaced. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub so much. We were glad to have the barbecue and spent a lot of time poolside out on the patio. However, the patio furniture is also in need of an update. As our host, Ning was very responsive. The extra items such as the baby booster chair and good stock of towels were appreciated. Overall, we had a good stay and a few updates could make this place awesome.

Great disney location

This house is about 20 minutes away from Disney's Key West Resort. The pros for this house for a large family group are: lots of space, bedrooms and bathroom are big and spacious in my opinion. The beds are very comfortable which is important! The outdoor pool area is nice because it has two tables with seating in addition to some lounge chairs, the pool table room inside is fun. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, some cookware, utensils. The cons: there are not enough towels and the ones that are there are pretty bare. There weren't any extra sheets or pillows in the house. We had one person that wanted to sleep on one of the pullout cots and we looked in every closet with no success. There were no pool towels. Parking was an issue and this is not on the listing - the day before our stay I received an email from the neighborhood stating a $20 per vehicle charge to park. Also, the maximum at any time is 6 cars. This was an big deal for our group because we had family staying at a Disney resort and they came over for dinner and the parking attendant would not allow them through the gate despite me adding them to the guest list. Overall though, despite the above - we enjoyed the listing and the house was CLEAN which is most important to us!

Thank you for your comments. Sorry about the parking issue, HOA only allows a total of 6 cars per house to park in the resort. I was told once the total number reaches to 6, there will be no more visitor car. For the additional sheets and towels, I will ask the manager to ensure there are enough supplies for a big group during their pre-check in, or I can ask the property management to bring in some extra. Thank you for renting from us.

Awesome host

Ning was amazing to communicate with! She helped me navigate the entire process. The instructions were very clear about what was expected and what to do and not do around the house. It was clean and she allowed me to have my dinner for my birthday which was so lovely! My friends loved it! It was the best bday I had since I was 12! I had all my closest people with me and she let this happen! (Within guidelines and every detail pre approved) the resort was a little pain to get in they just seem dated but she warned about that and it was a fantastic stay! I will book again with her!!
