Everything was great. Hosts were very nice and kept in close communication. Really our only issue was the pool lights wouldn’t stay on for most of our stay. Not a dealbreaker but would have been nice. :)

My entire family enjoyed our stay at Gerson and Mayra’s place! Plenty of room, baby equipment, pool toys and close to attractions and supermarkets. Would definitely stay again when we have a bunch of family in town. Thank you!

We stayed here from the 5th to the 19th August.From start to finish the experience of booking and staying in this property has been perfect.Mayra and Gerson have been amazingly helpful and quick to respond to any questions we have had.There was seven of us in our party including three teenage granddaughter's who were able to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms resulting in no arguments. The house was immaculately clean and presented so I cannot fault it in any way.We have been coming to Florida since 1984 and this has to be one of the best locations and property we have stayed in.If you want space and rooms in a wonderful property this has to be the one to go for.

Awesome House

The house met all the needs of the JO Volleyball Team and chaperones who were staying there. It was well cared for and clean. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen for the teams needs. Will definitely look to rent this house in the future and would recommend as a vacation rental.

Fantastic Home

Property owner quickly responded to messages and very accommodating. Hot tub and heated pool was a plus! Would recommend more towels/washcloths and access to change temperature of home. Overall was an excellent place to stay and look forward to booking again for our next Disney vacation.

This property was very clean and the neighborhood was absolutely stunning. The only thing that was lacking was there were no wash clothes and very little toilet paper. Other than that everything was great.

Wonderful place to stay in Emerald Island!!

This home was perfect for our group of family and friends, 4 king bedrooms, one queen bedroom and 2 bunk rooms gave us room for all to have privacy, and the 2 living room areas we nice to have for a large group. The house was very clean and comfortable, owner had just replaced flooring and painted, it is a well maintained property. The pool area is exceptional, we loved the 5 cushioned recliners and the outdoor sitting area. The view behind the pool is very peaceful. The neighborhood was quiet, we enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and using the community amenities. We would love to return to this home again!

It was a great place but it could have been so much better if: dish soap or at least a sample was supplied; dishwasher worked; Keurig worked; thermostat upstairs locked at 77 at midnight, so someone needed to change it at midnight; electrical outlet with no cover on it right next to the kids' bed; no remote for fan in the maser bedroom, so it was locked on high; toilet leaking in upstairs bathroom. lack of supplies in general.(no baggies or storage containers. We couldn't get in when we were told.

An absolutely gorgeous villa

We have stayed in other villas in the area and this villa is by far the best. It's so close to Disney that I'm surprised you can't hear the lions roaring at Animal Kingdom. You have a great row of restaurants and stores minutes away. Then you have that wonderful forest behind the villa which gives the villa that extra special touch. We loved sitting out and watching and listening to the wildlife. On arrival, the villa was cleaned to the highest standard. It's spacious and the amenities are all in good order. Mattresses have a lovely memory foam topper for your comfort but if that's not for you they are easily removed and the mattresses underneath are very comfy. On arrival there was a clerical error which the Club House manager sorted out quickly and professionally.The error was so well managed we were not aware it was a problem until after it had been sorted out. We had an issue with a light and the property manager came out within hours and sorted it. He was incredibly kind to my mother who was not feeling her best at that time. We noticed a few kitchen utensils which would have been nice to have, we did mention this to the property owners and they had them shipped to us the next day. We requested a late check out and this was granted with no issues. The cleaning team was very prompt with their arrival. The ladies were also so lovely and we had some laughs with them as we were leaving. I already miss being at this villa. We highly recommend staying here.

Great Stay

The property was spacious, clean, relaxing, and in a great location. We had a family of 13, with kids ranging in age from 2-16. The kids had a great time in the pool each day, while the adults had plenty of space to relax and enjoy themselves. The owners were very responsive to our needs and quickly answered any questions we had. I would consider this same location for a future vacation.

Great house and location

Villa is great. Clean and very comfy. All appliances such as fridge dish washer etc appear new. Very peaceful. Large comfortable beds with memory foam mattress's. Pool and outside area well maintained. There was 8 people in our party and there was more than enough space for everyone. Fantastic place to stay. Emerald isle resort is very well maintained as well as being very accessible for all the theme parks.

Our family has been visiting Orlando for over 20 years. We have always stayed at vacation rentals whenever possible. Being able to be far away from home but still feel like your home when on vacation is the best feeling and we hope you enjoy Islands of Magic as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This home is only minutes away from Walt Disney World Resort everything from the 4 theme parks to Disney Springs are just minutes away. We don't ever need to use the crowded I4 highway and are right off 192 which is convenient to many stores and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

This home is located in the beautifully kept Emerald Island - it's one of the first communities of its size built so close to Walt Disney World. When you enter you'll see beautiful landscaping, brightly colored homes and long tree lined sidewalks inviting you to an after dinner stroll. The pool behind this home has a beautiful view of the conservation area - the adjacent homes are set back farther away than most homes which gives you added privacy.
