Welcome to the most fun home in Austin. The set up and amenities is sure to add to your awesome vacation in Austin, Texas. The amenities ensure y'all will be entertained while taking a break from everything Austin has to offer. The incredibly spacious property includes 11 comfortable memory foam mattresses, an air mattess and a huge sectional sofa, fluffy pillows, half-court basketball, hot tub, ping pong, horse shoes, bbq grill, fire pit, dart board, huge indoor dining table, outdoor picnic table, tons of seating & literally a few minutes from downtown.

This listing is new on VRBO, but has been receiving 5 star reviews on other listing sites. I will always be available during your stay and our number one priority is to make sure this place surpasses your expectations.

The property has 4 bedrooms that are filled with beds so each friend or family member can have their own sleeping space and/or couples can easily push two beds together for a king bed. We can also provide a twin size air mattress that can be set up in the living room if you have a twelfth family member.

The owner really went all out when furnishing this property. You are sure to be very comfortable, have everything you need inside the property and will be entertained for the entire trip with the outdoor amenities.

Great stay! Easy Communication

We had a large group stay there for the Formula 1 race at COTA. Was an excellent location and allowed for very reasonable ride share prices to downtown. The back yard with all the activities was absolutely perfect for those nights we stayed in. The only thing that was missing was some toilet paper from the property.

Perfect spot for my bachelor party!

Stayed here this past weekend with 8 of my friends to celebrate my bachelor party. There were 4 beds, 2 baths and 11 total beds, so it was nice to have everyone getting their own bed. The location is perfect (about 7 min Uber to HEB and about the same to Rainey/6th Street). When we weren't out the backyard entertained well with a basketball court, horseshoes, fire pit, grill and hot tub. Hoping my next buddy's bachelor party will be in Austin, so we can stay again!
