La Vivenda is a beautiful property on the edge of the sea in Praia do Presidio Aquiraz.
A beautiful lawn that ends with a deck suspended on the beach, a large hut, a large pool and balcony form the outside area. Complete the internal space:
Duplex house of 3 suites + 2 rooms with hammocks of large living room and kitchen
Pool + 2 grills and deck on the beach
2 independent chalets each on two floors. Upstairs bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and large bathroom. Downstairs living room with American kitchen equipped and sofa bed that transforms into two single beds being a pull out bed.
The two independent chalets allow the privacy d of the guests "expecial", leaving the house for the other guests
The house + chale's can host up to 20 people.
