HMB Coastal retreat with Hot Tub and EV Charging!

Welcome to paradise in Half Moon Bay! Close to downtown shopping and dining. Steps away from the coastal trail which spans from the Ritz Carlton to Princeton Harbor. 3 minute walk to the beach where you can walk for miles.

Enjoy upscale living in this 5 bedroom, 4 bath home in much sought after Alsace Lorraine neighborhood. This home is complete with outdoor dining, hot tub for 10 people and access to the gym on property. An EV charger is available for your use from 9pm - 4pm.

Take advantage of the chef's kitchen with everything you could possibly need or, if you don't feel like cooking, walk to town to dine at one of the area's best restaurants.

Events, gatherings, parties are not allowed at our home for renters. This includes inviting others over casually while renting the house. It is best suited for family vacations (up to 10 people on the property) or corporate retreats for a maximum of 10 people.

You are a short drive to the HMB Golf Links to the south and Princeton Harbor to the north. 30 minute drive to San Francisco and the Peninsula.

This home comes complete with:

Our extended family stayed for a local wedding. The home was beautiful, spacious, well stocked and very comfortable. Great location. Perfect for our needs. Comfort at a hard time

I stayed in this lovely home with my teen daughter, my aunt, and two cousins. We came to town for a family funeral not a fun vacation. This was a wonderful and relaxing base for the things that needed to be done. We were able to do laundry, cook meals, and relax. I wish we could’ve stayed longer, but even for a quick two-night stay it was so worth it to have such a nice place to come back to. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious home near the beach.

House was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The location, hot tub and kitchen were great. The kitchen was fabulous!! Beds were fine. Architecture is a little weird. For a large group it was really great. All the signage and rules seemed slightly restrictive and led to a feeling of being watched. There were no shades in the master bedroom or either of the upstairs bathrooms, which also felt like being watched.Basically, for a large group it was very good.

INDEPENDENCE DAY

This place was perfect for our family excursion over the long holiday weekend. With three generations and 9 people, the home gave us room to spread out both indoors and out. The number and separation of all the bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for us. The hot tub was a big hit on those cool evenings. Plus there was plenty of space to hang out and laugh on the patio. We weren't into cooking and eating-in much, but when we did, the kitchen had the space and all the "equipment" we needed to accommodate us. The highlight - the short walk to the beach! Access to the Golden Gate, Alcatraz, Fisherman's Wharf and SFO (many other places also) was quite convenient. Finally, great communication with our host made the whole process of booking, check-in, and check-out smooth and uneventful. Thank you, Tracy!

Christmas in half moon bay

The location is perfect, with very easy walking access to the beach and town, and great location to the rest of the Bay Area. It was well stocked and very comfortable for 4 adult couples. The TV and audio system is 20 plus years old and could use modernization and simplification. Overall a delightful house,

Perfection!

The home is spacious, updated, beautifully maintained and generously appointed with essentials from kitchen utensils to linens. Lots of room indoor and out to spread out and relax. Outdoor space front and back was a bonus. The location, an easy walk to ocean trails and the beach (and close proximity to a charming downtown) is ideal. Host was accommodating and responsive. Great home for two families to spend time together

Nice house including outdoor spaces and good beach access. We arrived a little early and were unable to get into the house, but the owners unlocked the door remotely - which was greatly appreciated. Be aware that the hosts do not want guests using the fireplaces, which is kind of a bummer given the cool HMB weather. But it wouldn't stop us from returning.

We loved this house, its location and our interaction with the owner. Everything was so beautiful, sparkling clean and the house is even better than the photos. We did struggle operating the Roku TV system - but that could have been operator error. Overall, we loved this property and are already planning a return visit! Highly, highly recommend!

Wonderful house

We did a long girl's getaway and we very happy with the house as our base for all her SF Bay area excursions. It was roomy so lots of space to spread out. Great gourmet kitchen and was fully stocked. Host was very responsive and answered all our questions. Weather did not cooperate for us to enjoy the beautiful back yard but hopefully next time. Great location and Half Moon Bay has lots to do and your are close enough to SF to enjoy all the activities. It was a great stay!

Fantastic location, excellent host, beautiful, clean house. I would come back here in a heartbeat. A neighbor gave us a sound complaint, so just something to be mindful of if you’re staying with a big group, but our host was very accommodating and understanding. Great house in terrific area

This is a wonderful and large house in a terrific area of Half Moon Bay. The perfect covid get away for a family or a group. The beach is a 5 minute walk and there are many beautiful hikes 10 to 20 minute drive away. The house was very well laid out and had everything you would need - a fully stocked kitchen with spices, oils, etc, towels a plenty in all bathrooms and bedrooms, even beach towels for your use as well. Bathrooms were stocked with TP, soap, shampoo and conditioner. It had all of the accommodations of a hotel but you had your own space (lots of it) and a great kitchen. Instructions for everything were very well displayed and if there was any questions you can call or text Tracy. She and her husband Mark are terrific hosts. I highly reccomend this house to a family (large or small) or any group. It delivers!

This house is in a nice location, close to the beach and it is a beautiful house. The hot tub and grill were really nice -- didn't have to leave if we didn't want to! The house was also well stocked. The owner was super responsive and all was fantastic!

It is an amazing place to take advantage of the outdoor activities. It is also a peaceful place to simply do nothing and enjoy your time relaxing.

Half Moon Bay is a unique town in the Bay Area. Close to all of the technology but with its own coastal charm. It is a great place to relax and enjoy being near the water and lots of open space.

We have made this property a warm, open, relaxing place to spend time. It was a perfect place to raise our kids and entertain over those years.

The outdoor living area has something for everyone. Heaters if you need them, built-in seating, gas grill and stovetop. The hot tub is big enough for your entire group to relax in and around.
