Country House in Piemonte

The house is located in the hills of Alessandria in a street used only by the surrounding houses.
The location, the house and its large garden allow you to feel in a place out of the ordinary, where you can relax, walk, read, and isolate yourself from routine and work.
The garden is about 9 000 square meters and completely fenced, dogs are welcome.
A fireplace for the barbecue and a veranda will allow you to enjoy outdoor meals.

The interior consists of a lounge / dining room with a table, sofa and glass fireplace that communicates with an essential kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, stove and gas and oven and there is also a washing machine at your disposal.
The bedroom has a 190x140 bed, a comfortable armchair, a pellet stove and an independent entrance directly on the garden.

To reach the house you need a car or a motorbike that you can park inside the courtyard.
What to do around?
Stroll through the hills, bike rides or fish if you are sporting.
If you are looking for a bit of movement, Alessandria is 10km away, while its value is a bit smaller, just over a kilometer.
For food and wine tourism, you will find excellent restaurants and wine cellars in the adjacent Monferrato.
The house is used by us, we live just over a kilometer, to spend Sundays and relax with gardening, it will not be emptied of all our things because our idea is not to make a hotel or a house specifically dedicated to tourists, but rather share it whenever possible.
