Covered garage for 1 vehicle, with elevator, first floor. ceiling fans in all environments, the suite has 1 box bed with built-in closet, in the social room we have 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed, 1 closet and 26 inch led tv. very complete, with duplex refrigerator, piped gas stove, blender, orange squeezer, cabinets with all kitchen utensils as if you were at home, microwave, washing machine, Brastemp water purifier, with security, electric fence, cameras , 4 km from the city center. 800 meters from the beach Martin de Sá, with all the commerce nearby.
