South West Rocks pristine beaches and Central Business District are within a three minute walk of this property. The local boat ramp is approximately five minutes from the property as well as The Rocks Shopping Fair housing shops such as Coles, Liquorland and The Reject Shop is located within a five minute drive.

South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.

The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.
If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.

If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.
The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.

Our sub-tropical climate has mild winters and moderate summers, offering crystal clear waters in which to swim, making South West Rocks a beautiful holiday destination all year round.

Most of our accommodation is centrally located to the town centre, beaches, restaurants and facilities.

Fishing Trip.

Great property for fishos with room for the boat and huge under cover area for a BBQ and relaxing. Home was very clean and located reasonably close to town. An extra shower and wc would have been nice but we made do and very much enjoyed our stay.

Big and easy summer house

Easy place to stay for the weekend with aircon and plenty of kitchen supplies. Front yard was unkept and there was a bit of rubbish around, but otherwise great!

Great weekend

This property was perfect for our long weekend away plenty of room for the 10 of us and close to what we needed. Clean and tidy throughout and very homely. Slight issue with the flushing of the toilet but nothing really to complain about!!!
