This 3-bedroom 3-bath Villa has everything you need for a relaxing beachfront vacation. Spectacular views of the beach, ocean and the nearby island of Vieques from your private balcony. Marbella Club is a controlled access property located within Palmas Del Mar Resort, a unique beachfront resort. The Villa is on a 3rd level and is steps away from the beach and pool. It has 1 bedroom with a king size bed that overlooks the ocean, 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin sofa bed with its private balcony and 1 bedroom 1 trundle and 1 full futon. 3 full bathroom. Sleeps 8 and can accommodate small children. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The villa has TV's in living room and bedrooms and is served by central air conditioning, cable, internet and free Wi-Fi .

Beautiful property

The area which this unit is located is very nice, quiet and secure. We went down to the beach which is only a short walk and typically we were the only people there. It was a bit wavy, but my family still had a great time. Unit was clean and had everything we needed.

Highest priority places

This is the second time we have stayed in Palmas Del Mar, and in these condos. (different units). We enjoyed the ocean, pools, grounds and the continuous breeze from the ocean. I can't say enough good about the last building on the road. It is wonderful. The unit was excellent for 4 adults and 3 children. Various ages. We had everything we needed in the unit. Our host was there for anything we needed and greatly appreciated. I will definitely stay here again. The owner had a book that was most helpful (or host) and told us all we needed for the area, restaurants, etc.

Excellent short vacation

Great property

It is very nice property. The property manager is very responsive and nice. Check inn was perfect and property was very clean. The only issue is that it was never communicated to us, before booking, that the main pool and jacuzzi area could not be used if you rent a property on Marbella Club Complex. Then you are limited to one pool and security guards will be on top of the situation. The property manager, who was very nice and responsive, tried to help us, but she was not able to convince the security guards. Then it is beautiful apartment on a nice complex, but you will not be able to use the main pool listed on the property description.

Absolutely perfect!

This property is beautiful! Beach and pool right there! The views are spectacular! Villa is clean spacious and well stocked. You have everything you need, even a patio grill. The balcony is large with great views. The manager was so responsive. She made sure we had what we needed. Gave us tips on where to go etc. Palmas Del Mar has everything you need for a great location and is not far from most of the tours you want to do. It is an easy drive to Old San Juan. 50 minutes but all freeway! Highly recommend this villa!
