Foi tudo excelente. Desde a chegada ao local, um hotel muito bonito e icônico, onde inclusive é um ponto turístico que às pessoas acabam parando para tirar fotos. O processo de check in foi simples e bem rápido, depois chegando ao quarto, tudo muito organizado e limpo. As instalações do hotel também são muito boas, salão de jogos, piscina aquecida, lareira, enfim. Pena só que a sauna estava em manutenção. Enfim passamos uma semana incrível em Campos do Jordão com minha família.

O apartamento está em bom estado , porém o serviço de hotel foi muito ruim . A porta deu problema várias vezes para acessarmos , o serviço de limpeza falhou demais, quando chegamos o quarto não estava limpo da última locação , estava todo bagunçado, precisamos ficar esperando limpar, ficamos no corredor , para depois acessar. Nos outros dias também precisamos ficar cobrando para fossem arrumar o quarto enquanto estávamos fora ( mal a arrumadeira deixava papel higiênico no banheiro ). Não havia toalhas suficientes e nem reposição. Também haviam poucos cobertores e estavam sujos . Reclamamos com o hotel , mas fomos informados que isso era a proprietária que deveria resolver.

Agradável, mas longe do centro

A construção é icônica para Campos do Jordão, o que é constatado pelo mirante improvisado que existe na beira da estrada para o Pico do Itapeva, sempre cheio de gente fazendo selfies. Certamente já teve seu dias de glória no passado, mas a manutenção não tem sido suficiente para mantê-lo em seu esplendor, com carpetes manchados no corredor e tábuas empenadas no piso do salão de jogos. Se você pegar uma tarifa promocional, pode valer a pena, mas para o preço da diária cheia, acredito que consiga outras opções mais próximos do centro.

bom, mas vale algumas observações!

o flat é limpo e organizado, vale a pena. As seguintes observações são: Não tem vista para a pedra do baú da varanda do flat, pois ele é no pavimento lateral, a sua vista é para o hotel ao lado Quatre Saisons, A lareira do flat joga mais fumaça para dentro do ambiente do que para a saída da lareira de forma que não consegui usar, deixei isto registrado no hotel, pois já estive em outros aps deste mesmo hotel e não tive este problema. De resto o flat está de parabéns!
