Welcome to Elegancia Quinze, a modern yet cosy condo just a few steps away from Bonaire's beautiful reef!
Walking distance to Kralendijk, but peaceful enough to enjoy the island tranquility, and completely set up for divers, this location can be your rejuvenating and fun vacation spot!
The condo comprises of an open plan living room with air-conditioning and kitchen with interior dining table. French doors to the furnished balcony bring the ocean view into the entire living area! Shaded seating on the balcony is the best spot for your morning coffee, while watching local fishermen headed out for the day, or pelicans diving for their own breakfasts. This is also the perfect spot for a sunset happy hour, while islanders enjoy an evening stroll along the boulevard. From Elegancia Quinze, you can get a real feel for the island lifestyle.
Two air conditioned, en suite bedrooms provide comfortable king sized beds with large closets and safe box.
The condo building is extremely safe, with gated parking and lockable dive storage. Divers can enjoy an outdoor shower and rinse tanks along with this safe storage.

Gorgeous View and Snorkeling Too!

This condo was in a great location with a gorgeous view of the ocean! It was spacious and the furniture (including the king size bed) was comfortable. Most of all we liked that we could walk across the street and snorkel right in front of our unit! The owners met us at the airport and took us to the place. They had cold drinks waiting in the refrigerator for us and explained all the details of the condo.

Wonderful Stay at Elegancia Quinze!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was incredibly beautiful and pristine. The living area and kitchen were spacious and the decor was pretty and bright. There was an amazing view of the ocean to enjoy from either inside the apartment or from the large terrace. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. There was parking available on the property. Also, the location could not have been better. Just outside the building, there was a small street and sidewalk that ran alongside the ocean. This path led to the center of town so we were able to walk along the beach on our way to town for meals. Also, the property management team was very friendly and easy to communicate with. They met with us to show us the condo and be sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciate the opportunity to stay at Elegancia Quinze!

Great location, beautiful view!

My husband and I plus our twenty something daughter and her friend spent a week at Elegancia. 1. Good kitchen set up. 2. Nice indoor dining area. 3. Outdoor dining and seating areas overlooking the water. 4. Large couch. 5. Comfortable bedrooms and nice bathrooms. 6. Close to Dive Friends for picking up tanks. 7. Walking distance to restaurants and shops in town. 8. Elevator was much appreciated when unloading on day 1 and packing up on the last day. Our only issue was locating the property. The address came up on Google Maps as either in town (what appeared to be a government property) or north of town closer to Eden.

Area: The area is great. Walking distance (10 min) to It Rains Fishes and some other restaurants. There is a public pier and steps to the water right in front of the condo. These lead to Something Special. Right in the middle of the Northern & Southern dive sites. Balcony: The balcony is an amazing space and we ate most meals there. If you've been to Bonaire (or any island) before you know to bring bug spray. It is quiet with an amazing view. Living Area: Couch is awesome and large. Dining room table is a good area to set your preps for the next day (cameras & such). Smart TV is available (didn't use) Kitchen: Comes with large refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster & microwave. Only thing missing that would of been appreciated was a blender. Plenty of cooking pans, plates, flatware, knives. Bedrooms: Standard Bonaire bed (very firm). Both were AC'd and had windows if you wanted to open them up instead. Both bedrooms had access to bathroom directly. Bathrooms: Great shower, plenty of hot water. Large showers. Parking: This was the worst part for us. The gate is extremely small and hard to get into going North from the road. Multiple point turns to get to truck parking. There is on road parking in back thats easy but not secure. Service/cleanliness: Clean apartment (for Bonaire with all its dust/sand). Service was provided midweek which was nice to have fresh towels & linen. Appreciated the beach towels (4 and restocked with another 4). Washing machine present.

The perfect spot

This two bedroom condo was the perfect spot for two sets of couples or a small family. The balcony was spacious. The ocean front location gave beautiful views of the boats, Klein Bonaire and sunsets. The overhead fans kept things cool throughout the day and AC in the bedrooms for night time sleeping. Large bathrooms were great for showering off the sea at the end of the day. Kitchen well equipped easy to cook and self cater. Quiet but also A short 10 min walk to the center of town with all the restaurants, shops. You can snorkel and dive right in front of the condo. A dipping pool for the non divers. Our host had discounts arranged with dive friends for diving with 8 sites to pick up tanks around the island it was a real win. Pre check in through our host with Avis also made arrival so easy and hassle free. I can’t wait to come back!
