Beautiful house with garage, living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, all in luxury, complete with wifi, air conditioning and electric shower, double queen bed in the bedroom and double sofa bed in the living room, facing the lagoon and only 200 meters from the sea , two blocks from CBV (volleyball training center), a few minutes from downtown and Itaúna (surf world). I offer Dingue sailing boat and 2 stand up boards, I give free training.
Excellent for water sports, 200 meters away a lush sea with crystal clear blue water for diving, fishing and surfing.
Own covered parking inside the property, clean water throughout the residence, 5 km from the center, in front of the lagoon and 200 m from the beach of Barra Nova, 2 blocks from CBV (volleyball), very close trade, market, butcher, bakery .
Uber's work and well make trips to Buzios, Cabo Frio, Arraial do Cabo and RJ.
