The bedrooms offer a serene escape, with warm tones and natural textures that reflect the beauty outside. The first bedroom by the front of the home, features a queen bed, peaceful bush views, and a stylish semi-ensuite. Additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements, including another queen room and a bunk room, perfect for families or groups. City of Busselton regulations: fire pit can not be used during the months of October to May, on any long weekends, during fire bans, or when the fire Danger Rating is Very High or above. Fire Danger Ratings are available on the DFES website. Firewood is available for purchase from the local service stations.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
