A sunny luxurious apartment, just a step away from the beach

A very sunny apartment situated in the beautiful complex Sunny Island Deluxe (just 200 m away from the beach). The apartment is cozy and fully equipped. It has a terrace with a wonderful sea view.
The apartment has everything, necessary for a comfortable stay. It is situated on the 2nd floor (elevator available), overlooking the bay and the Island of St. Ivan.
The apartment has two separate rooms and a kitchenette. The bedroom is bright and spacious, with a french bed. A baby-cot is optional. All linens and towels are supplied.
The large living room offers a corner with a dining table as well as another corner for relax, equipped with a sofa (which can serve as a sleeping place for 2), a coffee table and a TV set (cable TV).
There is an air-conditioner in the living-room. Free Wi-fi available.
The kitchen is fully-equipped: a fridge-freezer, an oven, hotplates, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker, a washing machine.
А bathroom with bath, and toilet.

On the territory of the complex you can enjoy a spacious and colorful garden, as well as a salty-water pool. Sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool.
Free parking lot.
