The Ankora apartments are part of family apartments, me and my family are living in the house (at the upper floors) so we could be on disposal for all your needs. I will most probably welcome you, show around in the apartment and obtain you keys, but if not, I will always be sure there is someone there to hand over the keys if I can't be there for check in.

We can be flexible with check-in/out times only depending on previous/next guests and our availability. Please send details of your estimated check-in/out time when booking.

I can always be contacted via my phone in case of an emergency, in any case I 'm always online on mobile so prefer communication with application.
