Big screened Milgard window looks out to quiet landscaped back yard. Newish full size refrigerator, Amish style cabinets, tile countertop, tile floor in kitchen. Hallway and bedrooms are carpeted. Recessed ceiling lighting. Good ventillation with front and rear windows. Four burner gas cooktop with powerful hood exhaust. Microve plus portable counter top electric oven. Use of new Samsung laundry appliances is included. Master bedroom has queen bed. Smaller bedroom has twin bed. Full bathroom with window to the outside. WIFI and furnace heat. proximity to Hwy 280 makes for an easy drive to Silicon Valley and downtown San Francisco.

Very nice apartment, great deal

Really nice apartment to use as a home base when visiting SF. Clean, had everything we needed, checkin and checkout were easy and the area is super quiet. AMAZING deal for what you're getting. We had a car and it was easy to get downtown, not sure what the transit situation is. We didn't have any issues, but the host never responded to any of our messages and didn't manually return my damage deposit—I did get it back, but I had to wait 2 weeks for it to be refunded automatically by Vrbo. Our stay was perfect, just be prepared to be on your own :)

Good location and space

We liked the location which was walking distance to Bart. Also there was a good amount of space in the apartment. The host communicated very promptly and we were able to use the washer/dryer which was appreciated. However, the bathroom shower tiles were in poor repair and not very clean, sufficient towels were not supplied and were not in good repair. No TV and some other issues.

Not comfortable staying, went to a Super 8. Locks were extremely questionable. Bathroom window lock broken. No toilet paper. Two basement units adjoined oddly. Walls paper thin, could hear every step and word above and beside. No tv’s. Bed hard. Stuffy, damp, cold, smokey, no air circulation at all. Filthy, afraid to shower or prepare food. Street parking ONLY 2 hours. How is this vrbo approved?

Calme et facile d’accès

Quartier très calme, facile d’accès par les transports en commun. Salle de bain et cuisine très fonctionnelles (manque tout de même quelques assiettes). Le wifi fonctionne très bien. Les propriétaires habitent juste au-dessus et sont charmants. Il y a deux appartements mitoyens au rez-de-chaussée, mieux vaut avoir des voisins pas trop bruyants car les cloisons sont fines.
