Clean and well organized little place. Has a small stove to warm up breakfast. Can't cook there. Definitely eat out. Place is very small. No more than 30 square feet in total. Bed was too little for and will be on the tight side for anybody over 6 feet. I could barely get to sit on the toilet. No warm water in shower. One too many locks to get to the place. Street parking is very limited and will only work for a compact. The neighborhood is kinda-shady and my car-rental got scratched from somebody over night. Overall good a choice for a college student or a single budget traveler.
