About this property

Surf getaway in the heart of San Juan

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located studio. Placed in the heart of Santurce, we carefully designed and prepared this spot to have all the commodities that you might need. Kitchen, fridge, bathroom, Queen bed, SMALL bed-sofa (39"x66"), smart 44”TV, AC, fan, fast (optic fiber) internet. Solar battery back-up during power outage (limited, no ac during power outage)
We have 3 kids, live & work at the property. IT’S NOT a party place. We also love surfing and can help you get around to the best surf spots. Puerto Rico is also home of lots of tropical species including this little noisy frog who sings his name “Co-kee”. We also have a family of chickens who hangs around. For us is part of our habitat, but for your convenience, we provide earplugs free of charge…just in case. We require you to have at least 1 positive review to book.

I absolutely LOVED Efrain's place. It is the perfect size for 1 to 2 people and his family was so wonderful and accommodating. I love surfing and they connected me with someone to do some lessons while I was in town. Highly recommend it and plan on staying here again next time I visit!

Fabulous

The room was very clean! Super nice to stay in if you can afford an Uber everyday or I recommend renting a car. In a nice neighborhood. Host was amazing and there anytime I needed him. Close to La Placita where there are bars and night clubs.

Very nice studio in a central location

My partner and I stayed here on the last two days of our trip to explore Old San Juan before we returned home. The studio is spacious, very well organized and clean. Parking is available right in front of the home and overall it felt safe and peaceful. Communication with Efrain was effective and he was always very helpful.

Gem in the heart of it all

Lovely studio in a great location. Very clean and well equipped. You can tell the host takes great pride in their property. Easy process from start to finish, and the host quickly responded to any questions. We would definitely stay again. The bed was a bit firm, but comfortable enough--a memory foam topper would be the cherry on top.

Wonderful first time in PR

My friends and I stayed in Efrain’s guesthouse for 5 days. The property was just as listed, and had everything we needed. Efrain and his family were very kind and welcoming. All we had to do was ask and we would receive. They gave us endless advice, and lent us beach towels and a surfboard which was incredibly considerate. We had no issues whatsoever, and were very pleased with our stay.

Excellent Hosts - Superior Experience

We had a wonderful time in San Juan staying at this property. Neighborhood is very quiet, free parking right in front of the place. Safe, secure and the hosts are excellent. Easy communication and super accommodating. We were at risk of missing our flight home and were offered multiple options for remaining in place for a few extra days if necessary. The studio apartment is super clean and has everything you need for a short stay. We cooked breakfast every morning and the full size refrigerator has plenty of room for a week’s worth of supplies. Use of a cooler, beach towels and a snorkel mask are also much appreciated. Overall and excellent experience and you can’t beat the price.
