Karl and Maria were great. They were extremely prompt with anything I needed. This was especially exceptional because I was by myself. I felt safe in a gated community. I had extra safety with the gate leading to the property itself and it was easy to secure. The lock on the door needs replacing (I had to jiggle it sometimes but it worked) and the shower head needs replacing but overall an amazing trip! Great location for solo travelers! Beautiful flowers everywhere

I absolutely loved staying here!! Its proximity to beach, bars and restaurants was spot on! It was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at on the island and trust me I’ve stayed at several different places over the years. The hosts were the absolute best. Maria went above and beyond and I appreciated that more than anything. It’s perfect for solo travelers and I would stay here again in the future!

The host were great, she met us when we arrived to show us around. The studio was nice as were the sitting areas outside. We had stayed in the neighborhood before. There are plenty of food options within walking distance as is the beach.

Great apartment and host. I appreciated the proactive communication from Karl and Maria. The “courtyard” in front of the apartment was very pleasant. The apartment itself was clean, well maintained, and I was surprised with how generously the apartment provided supplies like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sunscreen, burn gel, umbrellas etc.

Isla Verde Stay

Amazing property minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in San Juan. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and very detailed in every aspect of the trip, from booking to meeting me personally for the check in. Highly recommend.
