An absolutely wonderful, charming place to stay all the staff was helpful in every way shape or form. The property is located amongst many many things to do. That’s all in walking distance lift is very accessible to do excursions and to go and try some of the most fantastic restaurants.

Great place. Perfect location right by the beach and delicious local restaurants. Place was super clean and perfect for the 2 of us. Host is very kind and responds quick. Highly recommended!!!

Close to beach and a good nightlife area at a fraction of cost of nearby options. Other guests were friendly. Only downside was a bird that squawked all night long, but earplugs or a white-noise maker handles that.

I guess it’s ok if you need a night's stay to wait for your flight, not fancy, the bed is not comfortable. But the host is very responsive, respectful, and accommodating. The amazing thing is that it's very close to the beach and restaurants. I felt safe in that area as well.

Great location. Arrived early, and while I couldn’t get into the room, we could lounge in a public area off the street. The room lacked a lot; but, the full bed was comfortable.

Room very clean, Anthony super friendly and the location great if you want to visit the beach (only two blocks) and location is perfect for visit places with Uber for a few dollars. We will come back for sure.

I actually cancelled my stay within 12 hours due to the property being not what was promised. The bedsheets were old and looked dirty. I am looking for a partial refund from the host which I emailed immediately leaving the property and as as of today Wednesday the 3rd of June have not heard back.

We needed a place to stay for a day once we landed in San Juan. The apartment was very tidy and the bathroom was fine. The kitchen is super tiny, if that is of importance to you, and there is a weird sign about bathroom clogs and fines, which should probably be put in the main listing. Lots of children's toys strewn about outside. Within walking distance to some delicious restaurants. A good place to crash, but likely would not have been a good fit for a longer stay.

It was very nice! It was clean and had everything we needed. It was very easy to find and get into, the key and lockbox went was easy to unlock and we felt safe. I would stay here again! Thank you so much.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay. The property is within walking distance of the beach, grocery store and multiple restaurants. We were able to cook as well, which was nice.The host was timely in his responses and very kind. We felt safe as well during our stay.
