The Space:

Snow-dusted evergreens frame the path as you arrive on Blackcomb Mountain, where winter air feels crisp and quiet and the village lights glow below. Inside, warmth gathers around the presto log fireplace while wide windows hold steady views of the surrounding peaks. After a day outdoors, the rhythm here slows naturally - boots off, gloves drying, and evenings unfolding at an easy mountain pace.



Living spaces

This one-level townhouse sits within the Painted Cliff complex, offering ski-in/ski-out access when conditions allow and a calm setting just above Whistler Village. The living room centers around a presto log fireplace and comfortable seating, with a Smart TV and Bose speakers for relaxed nights in. Large picture windows bring in natural light even on snowy days, and a sofa bed provides flexible sleeping for additional guests.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is designed for unhurried winter mornings and shared meals after time on the mountain. Granite countertops, heated floors, and full appliances make it easy to cook and linger, while the dining table seats six comfortably. Whether you’re starting the day with coffee before first chair or settling in for a long dinner, the space supports easy, everyday use.



Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom features a queen bed, its own TV, and an ensuite bathroom with heated floors and a bathtub shower combo. The second bedroom includes a king-split bed that can be set up as a king or two twins, along with a TV. A separate bathroom serves the rest of the home, offering heated floors, a single vanity, and a glass-enclosed shower. Together, the layout sleeps up to six guests with the sofa bed in the living area.



Outdoor living

Step onto the private deck for fresh alpine air and views toward Rainbow Mountain. In winter, it’s a quiet place to take in the stillness between storms, while the BBQ remains available for year-round use. Within the complex, guests can also enjoy access to a shared hot tub - especially welcome after cold days on the slopes.



Essentials & conveniences

In-suite laundry, underground parking for one vehicle, and additional guest parking on a first-come basis keep logistics simple. A private entrance, self check-in with a smart lock, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and a mudroom with bench and storage for gear support both short stays and longer visits. Bike storage is available in the underground garage.



Ski access & location

When snow conditions allow, Merlin’s Run is a short walk away, connecting you to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. Ski access is typically available from late December through March. The Painted Cliff setting offers a peaceful forested atmosphere while remaining close to Whistler Village’s dining, cafés, and après-ski scene.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Tucked into the forested slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, Painted Cliff offers a serene ski-in/ski-out setting just minutes from the heart of Whistler. The peaceful location blends alpine seclusion with easy access to cafés, après-ski lounges, and the vibrant atmosphere of Whistler Village.



Getting Around:

• 1-minute walk to Merlin’s ski run

• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store

• 7-minute walk to Upper Village

• 15-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course

• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• Free shuttle to the village: walk to Painted Cliff Road and cross the road, the bus stop will be in the Cul De Sac going downhill

• Stairs. You are required to climb stairs to enter this home

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Great Location

This cozy condo has easy access to the Blackcomb Gondola as well as being a 5-minute drive from restaurants and shops in the Village. We stayed here with our 2 college-aged sons for spring break and it was comfortable for the 4 of us. The place was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We appreciated having the underground parking downstairs, and the hot tub closeby to relax in after a long day of skiing. We'll definitely book again for future visits.

Lovely stay at Painted Cliffs 22

We had a great time at this apartment in late Jan 2022. The complex is right beside the slope (Merlin) on Blackcomb in Benchlands area. Only one neighbour (above) in the stand alone house. Quite a few owners in the complex so it’s well maintained and also very quiet at night. When buses are running it’s less than a minute walk to the bus stop (route5). BC transit bus drivers were on strike in Whistler and at some times if the day over 45minutes wait for taxi so the location was perfect as we were able to catch the Excalibur gondola to mid station and walk across to the slope access for Painted Cliffs. Also condo was super clean, nice linens and well equipped kitchen as we ate at home most nights due to COVID. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely Stay at Painted Cliff 22

We really enjoyed our stay at Painted Cliff 22. Great layout, well equipped, clean. Very close to the Blackcomb ski hill so easy to get on & off the hill. Upper Benchland is a drive/ bus ride away from the village but has the advantage of being a very quiet. Whistler Platinum makes it easy! Thank you!

Lovely Stay

Was looking for a quiet place away from the village, yet a short walk (0.5 km) to services and short bus (free) bus ride to the village centre. Met my needs. For those going in winter, fits ski in/out via Blackcomb.
