After gliding down Merlin’s Run, you follow the path straight back to your townhouse, stepping into warmth, comfort, and the ease of true ski access.
Sleeping arrangements
Designed for up to four guests, the single-level layout features a primary bedroom with a queen bed and a den furnished with a twin bunk bed. Soft bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage create a calm and comfortable retreat after full days on the slopes. The bathroom includes a glass-enclosed shower, a single vanity, and bathroom essentials.
Living spaces
The open living and dining area brings everyone together with an indoor fireplace, a TV for unwinding, and wide picture windows framing snow-covered trees. Whether you are warming up after the mountain or enjoying a relaxed night in, the space offers an inviting setting for winter evenings. A dedicated workspace and high-speed wifi support those who may need to balance time on the slopes with remote work.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals between ski sessions, from the stovetop and oven to the microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. Brewing morning coffee before heading to the lifts or gathering for dinner at the table for four feels effortless, with practical kitchen amenities and cooking basics already in place.
Outdoor living & facilities
A private entrance leads to a patio equipped with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, offering a quiet spot to enjoy the fresh alpine air even in winter. After adventuring on the mountain, you can unwind in the shared hot tub within the complex. Practical features like in-unit washer and dryer, heating, portable fans, and safe storage support a comfortable stay. Free parking is available in the secure parking garage and on the street.

Essential comforts such as towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, and cleaning products are provided, along with safety features including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.

Located in the Benchlands area, the townhouse places you right beside Merlin’s Run, offering ski access that lets you reach the slopes without driving or taking transportation. The 10-person Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair are close by, and the free village shuttle provides easy access to Whistler Village’s shops, dining, and après-ski spots while keeping you surrounded by peaceful forest.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Tucked into the forested slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, Painted Cliff offers a serene ski-in/ski-out setting just minutes from the heart of Whistler. The peaceful location blends alpine seclusion with easy access to cafés, après-ski lounges, and the vibrant atmosphere of Whistler Village.

• 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store
• 7-minute walk to Upper Village

• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake
• Free shuttle to the village: walk to Painted Cliff Road and cross the road, the bus stop will be in the Cul De Sac going downhill
Other Things to Note:
• No window in the den. Please note there is no window in the den bunk room
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
