The quiet hum of the forest surrounds you, with ski trails just steps away when winter arrives. Inside, a warm glow from the gas fireplace invites you to unwind after a day exploring Whistler’s slopes or trails.
Sleeping arrangements
This one-bedroom plus den condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, wardrobe storage, and a TV, while the den includes a tri-bunk bed suited for children or extra guests. Two full bathrooms make it easy for everyone to get ready, one with a bathtub and heated floors, and another with a glass-enclosed shower.
Living areas
The open living space blends comfort and practicality. Large windows frame the surrounding evergreens, while the gas fireplace and cozy seating create a welcoming retreat. Step out onto the private balcony for a quiet morning coffee or an evening drink beneath the alpine sky. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.

Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! • Direct access to Merlin’s ski run from the rear of the property
• 2-minute walk to Upper Village
• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll
• 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course
• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake
• A 2-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market
• A 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market for your grocery needs.
• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop
Other Things to Note:
• Air conditioning. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room only. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units.
• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
