Ski Access
Woodrun Lodge gives direct access to Merlin’s ski run at the rear of the property. Ski access typically begins in late December and ends in March, however is subject to weather conditions. The Guest Services team can confirm snow levels shortly before arrival upon request.
The Woodrun Lodge
The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking, or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.
Things to Know
No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
Pool & hot tub hours. The pool and hot tub are open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, 7 days per week.
Pool and hot tub area construction. The Woodrun pool and hot tub facilities will be undergoing a full renovation project. We anticipate that these facilities will not be available for guest use between May and June 2024. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
