From inside, you can watch the landscape shift across the fairways toward the mountains while staying warm beside the electric fireplace. After a day exploring the trails or heading up the gondola, this calm Upper Village retreat offers a space to settle in, recharge, and enjoy the season at your own pace.
Living and lounging
A warm and welcoming living area invites you to unwind on comfortable seating, framed by large windows that look out toward the surrounding trees. The electric fireplace adds an inviting glow on cold days, and the open layout connects the living area to a dining space that seats six. A private deck extends off the main level, offering fresh mountain air and views across the Chateau Whistler Golf Course, along with a BBQ grill for simple wintertime cooking. The kitchen includes the essentials needed for easy meals, with Ceaserstone countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Sleeping arrangements
The upper level is dedicated to quiet evenings and restful mornings. The primary bedroom features a king bed and its own balcony, along with an ensuite bathroom that includes heated floors, a glass-enclosed shower, and a soaker tub. On the main level, two additional bedrooms each include King-split beds and TVs, with a separate bathroom nearby that also features heated floors and a glass shower.
Outdoor living
The private deck provides a peaceful place to look out over the snow-covered fairways, and the complex includes shared outdoor spaces for winter strolls. A shared hot tub is available, offering a warm place to unwind with mountain views, except during its closure from April to October 2025. During that period, parkade renovations may be visible from the living room and balcony, and rates reflect this.
Practical comforts
Heated floors, high-speed wifi, and an indoor mudroom with a ski rack add convenience to winter stays. The home includes a free washer and dryer in the unit, along with clothing storage, essentials, and a safe. Parking includes a designated space in the free parking garage on the premises, and free street parking is also available. A private entrance, smart lock, and self check-in offer easy access, and long term stays are welcomed.
Neighborhood
Located beside the Chateau Whistler Golf Course and an easy walk from Lost Lake, the townhouse sits within Blackcomb Greens with quiet surroundings and mountain views. The free village shuttle is just a short walk away for direct access to the gondola bases, or you can take a scenic walk to the Blackcomb Gondola. With lake access, forested paths, and winter trails close by, you have a peaceful setting with convenient access to Whistler’s seasonal experiences.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is included, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Blackcomb Greens is nestled beside the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club, offering peaceful, forested surroundings with sweeping mountain views. The Upper Village and Blackcomb Gondola are just a short walk or a quick ride on the free village shuttle, while the nearby Valley Trail invites year-round walking and biking adventures.

• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Blackcomb Greens complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted on this property
