Snow settles softly along the path to your door, and the mountain air feels crisp as you arrive in Whistler’s Upper Village. After a day on the slopes, you return to warm up by the indoor fireplace, watching winter light fade beyond the trees. The peaceful setting beside Chateau Whistler Golf Course offers a quiet retreat while keeping you close to the action.



Living and lounging

The open-concept living area invites you to unwind on comfortable seating beside the electric indoor fireplace. Large windows frame treed views, while the private deck offers fresh alpine air and a BBQ for year-round use. A dining table for six connects seamlessly to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and everything needed for easy meals between ski runs.



Sleeping arrangements

This two-level townhome sleeps 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 beds. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with heated floors, a glass-enclosed shower, and a soaker tub. On the main level, two additional bedrooms each offer king-split beds and TVs, along with a separate bathroom featuring heated floors and a glass shower.

Heated floors in the bathrooms, heating throughout, and portable fans ensure year-round comfort. The home includes in-unit washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, a mudroom with ski rack, dedicated workspace, and high-speed wifi. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple. One designated space is available in the secure underground parking garage, with additional free street parking.

The complex features a shared hot tub - perfect after winter adventures - along with a shared picnic area. You’re a short walk to Lost Lake and just a 2-minute walk to the free village shuttle, offering easy access to the gondola bases.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is included, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Blackcomb Greens is nestled beside the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club, offering peaceful, forested surroundings with sweeping mountain views. The Upper Village and Blackcomb Gondola are just a short walk or a quick ride on the free village shuttle, while the nearby Valley Trail invites year-round walking and biking adventures.

• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Blackcomb Greens complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted on this property

Wonderful Ski Weekend!

This was a great spot for a friends ski weekend! Very clean and comfortable fit three couples with plenty of space. We really appreciated all the communication around getting there, along with one reserved parking spot and were able to get an available visitor parking spot. Location is very easy to get down to either village - either walking or taking the shuttle bus. All around, great spot and would book again!

Great time but a couple problems.

Everything was fine with the condo with a couple exceptions. First, the entryway was frigid. I know it was cold while we were there but the in-floor heat wasn't operating and the door didn't shut properly so the cold air just flowed into the condo. We mistakenly left our boots downstairs and our feet never warmed up due to the temperature deficit when putting them on in the morning. We learned quickly that we couldn't leave out boots down there as we may as well left them in the car or a snowbank! It was very cold even at the top of the stairs in the hallway between the bedrooms. Lastly, the water pipes seemed to have froze on our second to last day there leaving us with one operational bathroom for 6 people. I let someone know about it and they offered to send someone over but as we were leaving the next day, we just dealt with it. But, we shouldn't have to just deal with something like that while on vacation. I grew up in MN and we never had any pipes freeze even when -56F. Seems the construction/insulation isn't up to the need.
