Excellent service greatly appreciated as our holiday was arranged from Australia. I could not fault your friendly and efficient staff
The townhouse was so lovely, better than I expected, lots of space for all of us. Location was great, the bus stop was just outside the complex. The number 5 bus takes you to blackcomb/whisker village which really doesn’t take to long at all.
If you are travelling with a small group this is a great place to stay. Would come back again.

Excellent Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this well equipped and private townhome. The unit is very nicely updated and super clean with a convenient location to underground garage and entrance. Esthetically pleasing and modern bathrooms complete with heated floor in master were a joy. The well equipped mudroom with plenty of boot and glove dryers and storage was much appreciated. Overall, a spacious, well maintained and comfortable townhome.

Great stay
The location was convenient to the valley trail and not too far of a walk from upper village. The unit was nice and clean, just like the photos. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, cookware and. bakeware. My only two complaints were that the stairs from the entrance to the main floor were really steep and that the 3rd floor got really hot. It was difficult to cool down the rooms on the 3rd floor even with the fans. It was nice that it came with one assigned parking spot and one guest parking pass. The parking spots were tight, but luckily it was pretty empty so we had plenty of space to maneuver.

A unit we would love to rent again
We found our Gleneagle rental to surpass all our expectations! The moment we walked up the stairs to the main level we knew this was a gem. The living space is well thought out and easy to navigate. Plenty of room for our group of 6. The bedrooms were cozy and clean. One bed had stains on the sheets and they immediately offered to come in and change them. (Hence the 4 star on cleanliness) The upstairs bathrooms are up to date and beautiful. The communication was clear and the timing was perfect. They let us know what we needed when we needed and were flexible with the checkout time. We are giving this rental an enthusiastic 5 star review.
Pros: Beautiful location and property. Home is very nice and comfortable. Pretty short walk to shuttle. Clear that the property is maintained.
Cons: While easy to get ahold of VRBO and listing agent, it’s not possible to contact the property owner. Our group had 3 cars across 7 people and it was simply not possible to contact the property manager to get another guest pass. Even though the guest lots were empty. Listing agent just repeats that they can only follow the rules. Also, for such an expensive property, 4 single size beds is a little underwhelming. The is plenty of room for at least doubles.
That’s it. Would stay again. Just a couple inconveniences.
Our entire group loved our stay. Management was very proactive with communication, including the check in and check out process. Rental includes a reserved parking space in the garage as well as 1 guest space. Rental is very close to the parking lot. Plenty of space for 8 pairs of skis/boots in the mudroom. Heated floors in the kitchen and all bathrooms are very nice! Would highly recommend!
