Too much $$ for what it is

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What we liked, the fact that we aren’t attached to any neighbors, the townhome is spacious, water pressure in showers was awesome. What we did not like, beds are like bricks, house is hot and humid. Also we have stayed in condos a lot, this is the first time we didn’t have extra trash bags, didn’t have things as simple as salt and pepper, coffee for the pot. We didn’t have cable the whole week we were there. We won’t stay again I have stayed in cheaper places with so much more comfort.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and condition. We loved they had shuttles to take us to the hotel lobby, Sunwalk (restaurants close by), and Disney parks. The place was clean and we loved that there was a bathroom for each room. The things that could improve were: 1- Offer more toilet paper (there was only a small and cheap brand roll per bathroom). 2-Only one small bar of soap per bathroom. 3- Small and thin towels. 4- Air conditioner was not working properly. It got hot at night. 5-Kitchen: Needs thicker paper towels, dirty spatula, no Salt and pepper. Overall we loved our stay and would go back. again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was decorated so cute. The beds were very comfortable. The stairs are very steep. Our Margarita mixer was missing the blender but we weren’t using it anyway. The layout is kind of odd. You have to go through the downstairs bedroom to get to the patio and hot tub. The hot tub works great but plan to give it time to heat up. The downstairs bedroom has no where to store clothes. The closet is locked (owners closet) and there is not a dresser. I would recommend more towels in the bathrooms.

Not Like Previous Stays

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th or 5th house we have rented from vstays. This is our first time returning since the start of the pandemic. We really enjoy staying at this resort and the area. We had many issues during this stay with our cottage. Most were a result of poor management and neglect. Our dryer didn’t work at all and it took multiple calls / visits to the front desk to get it repaired. Most tv remotes were missing backs and the system was confusing to use. The Margaritaville drink maker was missing the actual blender so I had to throw out 3 bottles of pina colada mix I bought. The cover to the hot tub needs to be replaced as well. It looks horrible but the hot tub did work fine. Check out is at 10:00 am but the cleaning lady literally walked into the cottage at 9:30. It happened during our last stay as well. This is unacceptable and should not ever happen. The sad thing is that most of our issues could and should have been addressed earlier for very minor cost to vstays. I would like to say that the girl who came out to our cottage multiple times was excellent. She did a great job. There are 2 rental companies available at this resort. We will definitely be trying Rentyl on our next visit.

Filthy cottage unable to finish out of space

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage and Customer service from VStays was a horrible experience. The resort itself was beautiful. And the customer service from the employees of the Margaritaville was exceptional. Upon arriving in the cottage we immediately noticed how dirty the floors were. While unpacking my friend noticed that her feet were immediately black upstairs after walking around for only a few minutes with no shoes on. I told everybody we were only staying for two nights and just to wear their shoes. When we went to get a drink we noticed fingerprints and grease all over the glasses. Because there was soap and a sponge in the room I just wash them and we moved on. But when we went to go to bed in the middle of the night I noticed that all of our linens were used and smelly that was the straw that broke the camels back. I was extremely upset that there was nobody available to rectify the situation. I sent an email to the front desk and then we put our linens through the dryer and went to bed. I then called the front desk at 9o’clock in the morning and was told that they had received my email and we’re just about to call me, somebody would be coming to the room to take care of the situation within the hour. Somebody did come to the room within the hour I walked her through all of the things that were wrong and she assured me she would Be back by 11 AM to fix everything. I told her that we would go to the pool so that they could do that. We stayed at the pool until about 3 o’clock and when we got back to the room not a single thing was touched and nobody had been there. I called the front desk again very upset and Asked to speak to a manager. I explained what happened and that this was completely unacceptable we were in a pandemic and we were forced to sleep on used linens And I was trying not to make a scene but this was ridiculous. I asked for a manager to call me because she explain the manager was not available. I asked for the name of the manager and I was

Cute little place but....

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday. The house was cute, it had just been painted so it smelled gross but we aired it out a lot! It is smaller than it looks, there is very limited seating for a family. Working the TV is a nightmare and I am not technologically challenged! I wish they offered maid service as part of the fee, there is very limited linens and as a family of 6 staying for a week it would have been nice to get a refresh. You also have to bring pretty much everything with you, we stay at houses a lot and haven't had to buy so much before to stay at a house. All in all, the property is beautiful, the pools are nice, the people are nice and its close to shopping and the parks. If they stock the house better and at least refresh linens every 3 days, it would have had 5 stars!
