Built in 2019 gorgeous golf front guesthouse in the Premier Saddlebrook Resort. Enter this private estate onto long wide driveway surrounded by lush landscaping. Views of the fairway from your private terrace and backyard are spectacular. Saddlebrook Resort has two 18 hole golf courses that you can use for additional charge at the Resort. You don't have to leave the community to dine out, as the restaurants do not require membership. Walk down to the Poolside Cafe, Coffee Bar, Casual Dining or the more Formal Dempsey's Steak House or spend the day in the Spa and treat yourself. Great neighborhood to cruise around in a golf cart.
Close to shopping malls and all that Tampa has to offer.
Premium Tampa Outlet is only 10 minutes away. Busch Gardens is 20 minutes and Disney Orlando is only 1h and 15 min away.
