Ideal for families with children of all ages and groups of friends, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom with shower, 1 WC, a fully-equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed, dining area and lounge with fire place. Just 10 minutes’ walk from the house, the closest beach offers crystal waters and calmness away from crowdie touristic beaches. The magnificent natural beach of Possidi Cape (39°57'28.2"N 23°21'36.7"E) is in a ~12 km distance. The closest facilities (tavernas, super market, drugstores etc.) are within a 2km distance in Mola Kalyva village (39°58'15.6"N 23°27'20.3"E). A larger village with even more facilities is located in ~5km at Skioni village (39°56'49.2"N 23°31'47.2"E). The unique Curative Natural Resource of “Thermal Spa Center of Agia Paraskevi” (39°55'29.5"N 23°35'23.4"E) is located in a ~12 km distance from the property, combining modern facilities and curative activities.
