It is a ground floor house with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, barbecue and small private garden totally. Garage for 2 cars.

In the common areas of the condominium there is a swimming pool and a mini sand court for football, coolbol, etc. These areas are shared use with the other 2 condominium units.

We accept the maximum number of 6 (six) guests (between adults and children). It is a quiet and familiar place, so loud noise and noise at any time of the day is forbidden. It is also not allowed to use a stereo in the useful areas of the condominium.

We are a family that decided to build a condominium and rent the units for the season. If you want a nice place, quiet, well located, in a beautiful and very touristic city, you are very welcome and have chosen the correct property! If you want noise, hustle or party and staying with more than 6 people in the unit, the friendship continues (always), but I suggest you look for another rental property because nobody wants trouble. I'm sure they'll find a more suitable place. If there is availability you can book two houses in the condominium and accommodate 13 people in comfort. Check the possibility.

Due to the need of cleaning for hosting a new group, the check out time must be obeyed, that is, we will not always be able to compensate for any delays in the entry with the extension of the time of departure. It depends on the rental schedule (ask the owner for any exceptions). Thank you for understanding.

The property is approximately 650 meters from the beach in Balneário São José, a well-traveled, quiet and leafy neighborhood. Next to the place there is the bakery, butcher and market. The Extra hypermarket is also nearby. The nearest beach kiosk is Cláudio Japa.
