This main unit consists of a spacious living area with a queen bed, sofa and arm chair. Small dining table and two chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with apartment sized refrigerator and stove. Microwave oven, coffee pot, kettle and toaster. Separate bathroom with bath / shower. Fully air conditioned. Covered porch with sea view.
The property is located in Rolleville which is a local settlement on the north western tip of Great Exuma and sits on elevated land providing a panoramic view of the clear blue waters of the Bahamas only 100 yards away. This beautiful unspoilt beach is the main attraction of the settlement but there are a number of bars and restaurants within walking distance or a short car ride away.

About the host

We originally started building in 1998 and completed the current complex around about 2010. Following retirement in 2018 we started to advertise the properties as vacation properties and are pleased with the occupancy rate to date. One of us tries to be present on site at all times when we have guests in order to answer any questions or deal with any issue's that may arise.
Why they chose this property
Our buildings occupy elevated land on the eastern end of the settlement of Rolleville on the island of Great Exuma. We are in walking distance (100 yds) of one of the best beaches in Exuma ,if not the Bahamas. This beach allows access via a 20 minute walk to Coco Plum Beach if you want to 'join the crowd' but otherwise you can enjoy our beach on your own.
Shoreline Bar & Restaurant is right in front of our property on the beach and just up the beach is the Bay Inn. A 25 minute walk towards the west will bring you to Exuma Point from where you can arrange trips to see the legendary "Swimming Pigs". There is also a bar & restaurant if you simply want to relax and "chill"

What makes this property unique
As our accommodation consists of four separate units we believe that we have a unique setting and depending on numbers we will provide food for an evening Bar-b-q. During the season our property can be home to a number of Kite-boarders most of whom are repeat visitors.
