A unique and spacious 27m2 loft studio located in the prestigious old Eira , a jugendstil villa area in Helsinki downtown. Close to the boutique restaurants, cafés, gallerie and seaside. Walls are adorned with local art from local, lesses known artists.
The apartment has a futon couch, that converts into a double bed, and a loft bed, that accomodates 1-2 people. A small kitchenette with cooking stove, electric kettle, French press and Italian moka pan. Coffee and tea is provided!
