If you are looking for a family getaway in the Truckee area this home is perfect for you. This house will accommodate 2- 3 (only) families. (6 adults max)

You have quick access to ski resorts Squaw Valley 11 miles, Alpine Meadows 13 miles, Northstar 7 miles, and Sugarbowl 10 miles plus nearby Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, the perfect fit for a family outing.
After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.

Entering the home you will find the open kitchen and living room area. The floor to ceiling windows let in an abundance of natural light. The living room holds a large flatscreen television. You can cozy up around the fireplace in the winter months on the large comfortable couches. The living room leads right into the kitchen area where you will find updated appliances and seating for the entire family.

The main floor also holds three of the four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a master and has a king bed and en-suite bathroom, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has a day bed with a trundle bed underneath and twin bed bunked over a full bed. There is also a full bathroom on this floor.

Downstairs you will find the game room which features a pool table. The second master bedroom is also located downstairs, this holds a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a sleeper sofa available and an air mattress.

This home does not have air conditioning!

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

Our home is stocked with a 2 day Home Supply Starter Kit including:
Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
Two rolls of paper towels,
4 laundry pods,
4 dishwasher pods,
1 new dish sponge,
1 small liquid dish soap,
Shampoo, Conditioner,
Body Wash, Hand soap,
2 Kitchen Garbage Bags.

Please add these items to your shopping list if you will be staying longer and need additional supplies.

Tahoe Donner, a ski resort located north of Lake Tahoe in Truckee, California, is known as ‘The Best Place to Begin’. It has a total 32 trails and 4 lifts servicing 120 acres. Tahoe Donner is the perfect place for those learning to ski or ride, with gentle slopes and different gradients of beginner terrain. Intermediates will find groomed cruisers aplenty. On the left side there is a terrain park to test your skills, plus a “Roller Coaster” which is a gentle wavy area. With on the mountain dining, lodging, ski / board rental, fitness center, and in the summer, golf, tennis, horse riding and camping, Tahoe Donner is a great place for families.
