Westin Kierland Villa guests have full access to the adjacent sister resort, The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa (subject to change at no notice, and subject to resort capacity, no guarantees, as well COVID restrictions). Villa guests can enjoy more than 575,000 gallons of water fun, including a 900-foot lazy river for inner-tubing and a 110-foot-long water slide. Nearby, a separate children’s play area features pop-jet water fountains and a shallow pool for small children and babies. You can even check out their famous Kierland Flowrider (additional fee applies). Villa guests also have the ability to room charge back to their Villa, as well as use of the complimentary Westin shuttle that runs between the two properties and to the Kierland Commons (with more than 70 retailers, Kierland Commons is shopping and dining at its finest, including Banana Republic, Coach, Barnes & Noble and Crate & Barrel, Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar, P.F. Chang's, Morton's The Steakhouse, and Ra Sushi just to name a few)

Villa assignment given at time of check-in. There are no resort fees and there is ample complimentary self-parking. Check in 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival. Check out is at 10:00 am on the day of your departure. Villa guests receive weekly housekeeping services included if you’re staying for a week, and a mid-week room refresh of towels, change of linens, etc. Daily room cleaning service may be available for an additional fee, please coordinate through the front desk at time of check in.

A One-Bedroom Villa refers to the small side of a lock-off villa. Maximum occupancy is 4. The Westin Kierland Villas is part of a timeshare property, which I am an owner.
