- Covered Parking: Stay cool with an assigned covered parking spot just steps from your front door.
- Free Activities: For stays of less than 28 days, enjoy a free ride to/from SRQ or TPA airports (up to 3 people, gratuity only) and one free activity per day, including bike rentals, dolphin cruises, or kayak rentals.
- Non-Smoking Complex: The property adheres to a strict no-smoking policy, and pets are not permitted.

Round-trip airport transportation provided for up to 3 passengers from SRQ or TPA with advance reservation. The fare is free but please tip the driver. Limited to one activity for just one person each day (other members of the group can partake but will need to pay).
