This home has everything you need for a short or long term stay. A tastefully decorated living room overlooks the lake front and has a smart tv and poker table . Master Bedroom features a king size bed with a newly renovated en suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a king size bed with lake views and third bedroom has two queen size beds. Fully stocked kitchen, dining room seating for 6, and washer/dryer makes this feel like home. Only condo complex in Pinehurst that includes an outdoor pool from May to September. This home is perfect for a golf foursome or a family looking for the comforts of home in a relaxing setting . Two single hard shell Kayaks or paddle board also available for guest use.

Fab!!

This was a perfect stay. The condo was amazing. Beautiful view on the lake quick walk to the pool. The location couldn’t be better only five minutes drive from Pinehurst resort in historic downtown. We will definitely stay there again when we’re back in Pinehurst. Strongly recommend this location. The host made himself available and was extremely helpful.

Beautiful lakefront apartment

Apartment is first floor with a huge deck to enjoy the stunning views of lake. Apartment was comfortable with lots of towels and blankets, comfortable beds and beautiful spa shower in main bathroom. Washing machine and dryer was added bonus as well as kayak and SUP. AC worked great and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We will certainly return.

Perfect Pinehurst Visit

Beautiful view on the lake! We loved sitting on the deck that comfortably sits 5 adults. Extremely clean and well stocked! Beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had a TV. Convenient location to the Pinehurst Village. Mark was very responsive and so easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!!

In town for a weekend

Beautiful property, had everything we needed. Just a little disappointed the pool was not open since it said on the website it opened in April and we could not swim in the lake, was the main reason why we booked here. Otherwise great place.

Short break in Pinehurst

The location of the property is absolutely ideal, providing short trips to the villages of Pinehurst, Southern Pines and Aberdeen. The setting provides a totally unobstructed view of Pinehurst Lake and the condominium itself was absolutely perfect for the four of us traveling together, for the three days we were there. Communication with the host was flawless, the directions extremely concise and the home itself was very well equipped for our short stay. Highly enjoyable and recommended.

Peaceful getaway

Such a relaxing trip! Mark was very responsive to our questions. My daughter and I loved being able to explore the lake on paddle-boards. The board with the rental worked great. Loved the convenience of being able to drop in and go. So fun! We ate in for several meals and the kitchen had plenty of supplies. Place was so quiet and peaceful. We practically had the pool to ourselves. Restaurants and shopping were close too. Thanks for a great stay! Colleen

Beautiful and great location

Mark goes above and beyond with effective communication and the management of this unit. The property has a wonderful view from the park on of the lake, is well stocked for day to day needs, very clean and feels like home. There was access to a nice pool while we were there which was fun for the kids. Easy, upfront parking and located near a variety of restaurants if you don’t want to cook.

Great Lakeside Condo

Condo was perfect for 4 friends to meet and play golf. Location was great to everything you needed. Great restaurants in area, abundance of golf to choose from. Condo was extremely clean, had everything you need plus extras which made it like home. Well stocked kitchen and extra supplies. Highly recommend.

Mark and Jodi live in Greensboro,NC (about 80 miles away). Mark was born and raised outside of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada . Jodi is from East Brunswick, NJ. Mark and Jodi met while at Grad School at Miami of Ohio and both have spent the last twenty years working in the Senior Living field. They have two kids Spencer and Sally and a dog named Rocky and enjoy coming to Pinehurst to relax at the lake!

You can't beat the lake views! This quiet condo complex is well maintained and the pool is perfect in the summer after a long day of golf or exploring the area. The complex is only 2 miles away from Pinehurst Village and 15 minutes away from Southern Pines and Aberdeen.

This is one of the few lakefront condos available for short term rental in the area. This complex is one of the few in the area that has its own pool.
