Very Nice Two Story Country House
Completely remodeled farmhouse (2017). The main floor is an open area with complete kitchen, an island, dining and living room. There are two bathrooms (no tubs) on the main floor. One bedroom is on the main floor with three bedrooms upstairs, each with double beds.
This family farmhouse was in its original state for many years until 2016-2017 when it went through a complete reconstruction and remodel. The house was raised to put a new foundation in the north half, and a utility basement. Walls were knocked out to open up the downstairs living area. Everything is new, downstairs windows, insulation, electrical wiring, plumbing, floors, baths, cabinets, everything.
Everything is furnished linens, towels, kitchenware, Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer. This is a quiet farmhouse with lots of space inside and outside.
There is no garage.
No pets or any animals are allowed. (Please read Rental Agreement)
Security cameras (3) are on the exterior of the house, located above east entry door; northeast corner under soffit overseeing driveway; northwest corner of house overseeing machine storage building.
The owner lives on the same acerage.

Perfect place for family celebration!
What a beautiful place! We stayed there several days for our son's wedding. Kitchen was great and I was able to make the food for the rehearsal dinner right there! The hosts were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We would definitetly recommend and look forward to going again some time!

Cattle Show Stay
Stay was convenient for us, as we had a cattle show at the county fairgrounds and there was no availability elsewhere to stay within close range of our livestock. Wonderful Country property
This is a wonderful country property just a few minutes outside of Albion, Nebraska. Easy to access and country quiet.
The hosts provided all of the nice touches to make our stay comfortable and relaxed for our weekend away in this renovated farm house. Our group of family and friends frequently commented how much the enjoyed the house and the beautiful property. Would definitely reccomend and stay there again.

Family Wedding in from Iowa

A gem in a farming community.
What a great place! We were visiting family on a nearby farm and the teenagers had never experienced a farm. It was fun to stay in a farmhouse and be away from the town. Kurt is a great host and communicated in a very timely manner. The house was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Best Ever
In a normal year, I stay in a VRBO/HOMEAWAY property several times a year. I have a TV production company and we need extra room for camera gear and more. Compared to the cost of a couple of hotel room, it's usually more economical, more room, etc.
This completely renovated house is immaculate and the rehab was done without cutting corners. From bed to bath everything is done the way you'd expect from an expensive hotel, only better.
If you're looking for a super comfortable hideaway with all the amenities, this is the place. Watch a gorgeous sunset while listening to the sounds of bobwhite quail and collared doves. This is a great place for a getaway, when attending an event nearby or for an upscale, affordable hunting lodge for you and your friends.

Very nice home
I made the reservation, but it was my sister and her family who stayed there to attend our daughter's wedding nearby. My review is based on their comments, since I did not see the property.
It was very nice, clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that all the beds were doubles and my brother-in-law is 6'5". However, there was a very comfortable, long couch that worked very well for him. They met the host when they checked in and he was very friendly and accommodating.
I found Kurt very helpful since we needed to adjust the dates for the reservation due to slight changes in plans. He contacted Vrbo, since we were unable to change the dates on the site. He walked me through the whole process and got it done!
