chalet apartment located in one of the best areas of Crans, just few minutes from the centre, in a very quite location. The apartment is on the ground floor, about 120 sqm, with a garden of 40 sqm with views toward the golf course.
The interior has been renovated by an architect, with care for materials and furnishing. Some of the walls are covered in wood, there is a gorgeous parquet flooring all over the house. The baths are tiled in grey stone. There is a private parking for the car and one more in the yard in front. There is a laundry in the basement and a sky room.
The apartment has two double bedrooms and one children room with a bunk bed; in one of the double bedrooms beds can be separated. A separated foldable bed is available.

Being in the center of Crans Montana with a lot of amenities, but with the pleasure of being in a small chalet with no noise around. A little garden on the golf course is fantastic to eat outside and sun bath
