This was really a perfect apartment- very well supplied, comfortable and clean. Perfect location very close to the ski shuttle. This apartment was honestly better in person than the photos show- loved it! Would go back!!

Great stay

Came up to Steamboat for a ski trip with the family and loved the condo. Location was close to the base and less than a 5min. drive to the Upper Knell free parking lot. Would highly recommend staying here for a similar trip.

Perfect for a girls trip!

This place had everything we needed for the long weekend! Beds were comfy, showers were refreshing, and the living room was perfect for recovering from the outdoor activities. Finding the exact condo was tricky because we couldn’t find the unit number on any paperwork given prior to our arrival, hence the 4 stars for the check-in process. Otherwise it was the perfect place to land for these middle aged ladies.

Great Location to All Attractions

An excellent spacious condo in a quiet neighborhood. You can get any where within 10-15 minutes. Free shuttle service is available. It is a very clean condo with a gas grill and wine cooler. The beds are comfortable and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans to cool down the condos. Two decks to enjoy the sunrise or sunset. Definitely an enjoyable visit.

We appreciated having coffee, salt, and pepper, and other items in the cupboards. It was a little difficult waiting until four to check in. We had driven 10 hours and needed to be somewhere by five.

Great, fabulous, fantastic!

Can’t say enough good things about this condo. Perfect location - a bit outside of downtown but it’s nice to avoid that traffic and it’s so close to the ski resort area. Very clean, spacious, and very well-equipped for my family vacation. We were able to enjoy several home cooked meals and enjoy them with our mountain view. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms spacious. We also enjoyed family movie nights all together in the living room. Easy to get in and out of and having the garage was great for my security-minded father. There is no central air but a free standing air conditioner is in the living room and works very well - it does get toasty in the condo at the hottest part of the day but can be managed with the AC and fans provided. We slept with the windows open every night. Don’t hesitate to book this property! You won’t regret it.

Smelled like Weed, Mgmt was NonResponsive

We really LOVED this condo! So great, family friendly, clean and well stocked. Only problem is that is has no a/c and tenants below smoke pot, often. So you have to keep the windows closed and it is HOT. Secondly, mgmt is non responsive. I have called and left messages with prop mgmt twice regarding an asthma inhaler and bottle of perfume that we left in the bathroom drawer (I called the day after our stay, and again two weeks later). Still have not heard back. I also emailed them. So that's $200 down the drain. House was great, smell of pot and mgmt was not. Suzanne

Our goal is to always provide a positive experience for our guests who visit our home. - We sincerely apologize for any odor you experienced during your stay. The odor may have originated from the condo below at the time they were remodeling. It's really an unfortunate situation but it was an isolated incident and we have not received any similar complaints since then - We agree that it can get hot in the unit, especially during the afternoon. To ensure guests are comfortable, we installed a portable air conditioner to help cool the unit and it's been successful - In regards to the missing items mentioned, the Property Manager inspected the home after it was brought up but we couldn't find anything Thank you for letting us know about your stay. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Kitchen was well stocked. Towels were plentiful. The snow removal was fabulous. Now the negative...the unit needs a facelift compared to other units we have rented in Steamboat. Horrible smell in the entryway upon arrival. Property manager admitted that the cleaning crew reported a smell as well. He told us to flush the kitchen sink with bleach, however, there was no bleach, nor did he drop any off, nor was the smell coming from the kitchen. We moved the vacuum, mop which were in the entry closet and entry rug outside. The smell was still there but had either subsided some or we just got use to it. After complaining again, the property manager came by while we were skiing and said he didn't smell a thing. Strange how 5 people smelled it but he didn't. He put the vacuum and mop back in the closet. Anyway it never was resolved. Also the heat could not be turned down. We roasted. This caused us to open windows and doors while the heat continued to constantly run. A very unfortunate waste of energy. We informed the property manager. He came by and said he reset it however when we returned the heat was still continually running . We will not return.
