In Kallithea there are buildings designed by Chiller, the closed Pontion market and other buildings of historical and architectural interest. In the municipality is the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, where the National Opera and the National Library have been transported.


The accommodation is in a quiet neighbourhood with many shops that make your stay comfortable. It consists of a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to a large double bed. A large living room with an adult sofa bed and a sofa bed, a double-wardrobe and a dining table for four people. A pull-out bed can be added in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen with a kitchenette, a microwave and a fridge and a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is bright and has balconies facing the street and the garden.
Balcony doors are protected by security guards and have a screen. The entrance door is secure. Very close to the property there is a public transport stop linking the city with the historic centre of Athens, the port of Piraeus, Eleftherios Venizelos airport, the train station and the intercity bus.
