Immaculate 3 bedroom townhouse in the best location. Only 25 minute walk from the CBD, 20 minutes walk from New Market and 30 minutes walk from Parnell. 2 minutes walk from bus and train station. Airport bus also 2 minutes walk away. So close to Mount Eden Village and restaurants and pubs just around the corner. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the 3rd bedroom is small but does have a king single bed so suitable for child or adult. No space in any of the rooms for extra beds/stretchers. Double drive in garage ground floor space for 2 vehicles and washing machine, dryer, second floor has the living areas and top floor has the 3 bedrooms and bathroom.
