BRAND NEW LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN FURNITURE! Relax and enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean. Sleep with the slider open and hear the waves crashing in. This rental has stainless steal appliances, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds. The couch does not pull out. This condo is .7 miles away from the pier and 1 mile away from Ocean Park, perfect location for fun and relaxing. Upgraded furniture (beds are brand new) and fully stocked kitchen. One in-door parking spot and one garage spot available. Very clean and airy. Please bring your own sheets and towels. Beach gear available in the locker in the garage and not permitted in the unit. Great Beachfront Stay

We had a wonderful time visiting Old Orchard Beach for the first time. The condo was right on the beach, clean and well equipped. Maria was a great host and the communication was great. Will be our first choice when we visit Portland again.

Relaxing Oceanfront condo

Maria was very helpful and responsive. The condo is well located and it’s a quick walk to downtown. The balcony was perfect for wave watching.

Amazing Views

Our family vacation was wonderful. The views were amazing. The condo had everything you needed and steps to the beach. The pier was a 10 min walk and had all the games and rides for the kids. Would love to book again next year.

Property owner was fantastic

Maria, the property owner, was the most responsive and helpful owner I’ve ever dealt with. All issues (none major) were responded to asap. The property is actually as it looks in the pics, which I also appreciated very much! We would love to stay again.

Perfect family vacation

Everything was amazing, from the easy checkin, location, view! The condo has everything you need for the beach, so no need to pack it, the kitchen is fully equipped, Maria was wonderful, and 2 parking spots!! We are hoping to stay again next year.
