Come one come all! This condo is located at 1 E Grand Ave #303, Old Orchard Beach, ME. Plenty of space for you and your family or friends on the beach, in the center of OOB activity, or relax on the long balcony with ocean views! Enjoy the indoor pool on not so nice days or pass the time with a variety of board games. Many great places to eat, a hop, skip and a jump away. Come and experience the best of Maine Coast! 7 night minimum stay Mid June through Labor Day. 2 night minimum stay the rest of the year.

I had an amazing stay. The condo is so close to the beach, local restaurants and the deck was great, with high deck chairs to see over the railing. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I would book it again.

Beautiful place. Close to everything. Airport was only 20 minutes away. Great restaurants nearby. The Vrbo was spacious. Had everything that we needed. We did not have a car but that didn’t matter. Everything was within walking distance. Since we were there past Labor Day, there were some things shutting down. But that didn’t matter to us. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo and quiet area. Enjoyed the stay and ease of getting around. Owner was very helpful when we had challenges getting in town due to Hurricane Lee. Will come back again!!
