Why stay NEAR the beach when you can stay ON THE BEACH! Wake up to a full ocean view on a seven mile sandy beach! Enjoy this one bedroom condo's great views, private balcony, and fully furnished decorated living space, along with a full kitchen with dishwasher, and even including a washer and dryer! There is a very comfortable queen sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized pull out couch for additional sleeping in the living room. Walk to everything downtown Old Orchard Beach has to offer: Amusement park, restaurants, clubs, shopping, and the famous Pier. Downstairs is a bar/restaurant that features live bands seven days a week in the summer. On summer Thursday nights enjoy your front row seats for the weekly fireworks! Please note: NO CLEANING FEE!

Beautiful spot!

We loved this location and even though town was quiet as we visited during the iff season it was a perfect place for some R&R and ocean exposure.

Amazing Beach Condo

This is an amazing property. The listing has all the accurate information, right on the water, convenient location. Kevin, the host, was awesome. So communicative, gave me extra information about the nightlife before I booked it. His responses were almost immediate, snd so helpful! Thank you for an amazing little family getaway.

Great spot

Really enjoyed the location of this rental. We have stayed in OOB over 10 times, hands down best location. Great balcony overlooking the bar and ocean. Great for people watching, good music. Excellent communication with the owner. Will definitely stay here again!

The view!

Amazing view and location (on the beach and right next to the pier), clean and comfy. Perfect for a getaway at the beach. There is a bar /restaurant on the first floor that has music on the weekends that you can hear, and they do play late, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. 10/10 will stay again!

A beautiful stay overlooking the sea.

This condo is on the fourth floor, and the view from the balcony was hard to tear myself away from. Morning/afternoon beverages sitting there listening to the sea and breathing the salt air was to die for! The condo was very, very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a great stay. The owner was very nice; great communication! Will definitely try to book this condo again next year if I make it back that way (hoping to!). Thanks for a lovely place to stay while in OOB.

Fantastic

We truly had the best time ever! Kevin was very upfront about everything. I was a little nervous when Kevin informed me about the outdoor patio downstairs but you couldn’t even hear it at night in the room! Had I known, I would have booked the condo for the whole week and stayed right there vs going inland for the rest of our week.

First Trip to Maine

My wife and I visited Maine for the first time for both of us. We were very impressed with almost everything we saw. For the first part of our stay, we decided to make Old Orchard Beach our base renting a condo on the oceanfront. our host, Kevin, was easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our requests. The condo was clean, cozy and comfortable. It is a one bedroom so I would not recommend it to anyone with 3 or more in their party. The views on the ocean were stunning especially the sunrise. The condo is within walking distance to many restaurants and other attractions. One note of caution to anyone who might be interested in this unit and that is parking is very tight. We had a small SUV and often found our neighbors were parking too close to us making it difficult to open the vehicle doors. I would not recommend trying to park a larger SUV or a larger pickup truck here. Just my opinion. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo.

This was my third year staying here when visiting my home of Old Orchard Beach. This really is my home away from home. The condo is spotless, and how nice to have all the comforts of home included. The view can't be beat, and I spent a lot of time soaking it in on the balcony. Kevin is an A host and I highly recommend this condo. Just keep in mind there is bar noise/music til midnight or so on the weekends (even off season) but is not a problem if you're a night owl like myself. Thanks, Kevin -- hope to see you next year!

Kevin was great in responding to our texts. He always answered right away. The condo was clean and the bed was comfy. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. We definitely would stay there again if we ever came back this way. We watched a beautiful sunrise!

We were very happy with everything. Communication with host was top notch. All rooms were clean. All appliances worked as they should. The view from the balcony looking out over the ocean was amazing. Our host was very detailed with any instructions we needed on check in / check out process. Very simple check in/ check out. Annual Family vacation in OOB

Unit was exactly as described, and the property owner provided clear instructions for checking in and out. Communication was excellent. My family has been going to OOB for over 30 years, so we knew the area and what to expect. This property is in a great location, and the view from the balcony is wonderful. Being able to listen to live music from the resaurant below was an added bonus!

Wonderful condo very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes.glasses.pots an pans all you would need for a few day stay or a few weeks. Also a washer dryer. You can not beat the views off the deck. This was our second time in this condo an we will be back next year if not sooner. Nice bar down stairs with live music an good food. Walking distance to everything.The host Kevin is very helpful, an easy to get in touch with.

Honeymoon suite 31 years

Our stay at the Brunswick was absolutely amazing, The condo we stayed in was just the right size, the bed was comfy and the balcony view of the ocean was so relaxing and just what this old married couple needed. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and Kind. We will be back. Thank you Kevin, for allowing us to stay at your place. We will be back, hopefully soon.

Fabulous Views

We stayed at Kevin’s place for a long weekend in Mid-April. Kevin is thoughtful and made sure check in went smoothly for us. This unit is just as described in the listing. Very clean and perfect for our stay. The bed was super comfortable for a great night’s sleep during our stay. The balcony view is perfect. We even had a chance to see snow on the beach for the first time ever! It was so pretty. Snow is a treat as we are from the South and rarely see snow.Kevin was kind enough to provide some restaurant suggestions. Ken’s Place had a variety of popular seafood dishes. It was a short drive from the rental and did not disappoint. The Swick downstairs had bands playing both Friday and Saturday night. We had the chance to hop down for a few adult beverages during our stay as well a quick lunch. The vibe was great with friendly staff. The band played a mix of fun tunes. We did not notice much noise from within the unit during times the band was playing. If you get the chance to visit the area, The bar and grill is definitely worth checking out. They have a large patio ready to meet your summer entertainment needs. Our trip was off season so the Boardwalk as well as many restaurants and shops were closed. However, the location is perfect for an in season stay as all attractions are just a hop skip and a jump away. Overall, we had a lovely experience at Kevin”s place. We have family nearby and will see if this condo is available for our next visit.
