Updated 1250 sqft condo. Beach is about 250 steps away! Perfect to go back and forth for a snack, bathroom, and transporting all your beach going articles. 3 bedrooms all with Smart TV's. All new beds and decor. Desk available should you have to work with free wifi. Open kitchen, living, and dining area. 1 full and 1 half bathroom. AC/Heat Pumps in unit with 3 different remotes for climate control satisfaction. Complex has a gaming area, small gym, and coin operated washers and dryers to use.
Great location right on East Grand Ave. Pier area is 1/4 of a mile. Lots of shops and other food places along the way. Comes with 2 parking spots. More spots available nearby with paid public parking.
No Smoking and No Pets Allowed.

So close to the beach and the ability to walk anywhere in the Old Orchard Beach area made this a clear reason to purchase the unit. Your back in the unit from the beach in 2 minutes to take a break if needed. Big inside, 1200 sqft. Enjoy the rec room, onsite laundry and small gym. Pirates Patio is close by for a drink or choose a menu item to eat while your enjoying their beachside Bar. Convenience store right next to unit. Easy drive to Portland about 25 minutes.
