5th Floor Ocean View Condo, 1 King and 1 Twin bed in the Master Bedroom, 2nd Bedroom has 1 Queen Bed, 3rd Bedroom has 1 Full and 1 Twins Bed , 2 Sleeper Sofas in Living Room & 2 Baths. This Condo has a Dining Room Table & features a Balcony off from Living Room, Master Bedroom & 2nd Bedroom. All Condos have Central AC, Coffee Maker, DVD Player, Cable & Wireless Internet, Bed Linens, Bath Towel, Equipped Kitchens and Washer & Dryer. Heated indoor Pool & Fitness. 2 Parking spots included in each rental, one on-site & one off-site. Air Mattress available upon advanced request at $50 charge.

The Grand Victorian had its first official grand opening in October 2006. The doors opened for the beginning of the "Victorian era" bringing the start of the modernizing of downtown Old Orchard. Located in the heart of downtown Old Orchard Beach, the pier is directly across from our building with Palace Playland to the right. The building is comprised of 51 private condominiums with 8 retail spaces conveniently located on the first floor of the Grand Victorian. There is an indoor heated pool, exercise room, sauna, and showers and changing rooms.

Great Time at the Beach

This unit was wonderful and the location was awesome, right on the beach. Lots to do without getting in your car. The staff and owner were great to work with and very responsive. Large 3 bedroom unit with two decks and huge kitchen. My only comment was it would have been nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom but we made two work just fine. Will stay there again!!

Beautiful OOB Condo

This three bedroom condo met all our expectations. It is comfortable and has room for everyone. I was a little unsure of the higher dining room table but it worked out very well. We hope to use it again next year. Thank you.

Great Place

Great place and great location. Park you car and walk everywhere. The condo was beautiful, all up to date and very clean. Beds in all rooms felt like our beds at home. I would return in a minute.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very lovely - beautiful kitchen and comfy beds! It is located in the heart of Old Orchard Beach and is situated right on the beach, so you can walk to shops, bars and restaurants.

Great vacation spot!

The property was perfect. You literally can't beat the location, unless you're directly facing the ocean. The pier itself is a 2 minute walk away. Everything you can possibly want to do is within an 8 minute walk. Pier fries was only a couple minutes away! You can see plenty of ocean views from the two balconies this condo has to offer. My group spent a lot of time there people watching. This condo is on the 5th floor, which is the highest level. The beds were comfortable enough. They provide more than enough linens for everything, including the extra pillows. We had our own queen mattress in the king room. We were able to fit our family of 5 in there while the other two bedrooms fit two adults each. With the various chair types, we fit 8 people at the table to play cards. The kitchen is stocked with most everything you may need (if you plan to make food, perhaps bring some saren wrap, but they do have small containers with lids). We'll be checking out availability for #502 on our next OOB vacation! Absolutely no complaints!
