This was the perfect house for our family and 4 young grandchildren. It was an easy walk to the beach and downtown area. It was very spacious, clean and exceeded expectations. We plan to rent again next summer.

When we checked into the house, the heat had not been turned on by the host. It was very cold inside the house. The surfaces inside the house were clean but there were 2 coke cans and a Gatorade bottle under one of the beds. The upstairs bathroom had mold and mildew. The downstairs bathroom ‘s ceiling was peeling and had water damage. The pictures from the listing don’t look like the property. The driveway and the patio outside were nice. The hot tub was good and the fire pit was nice. The location was good for walking to the beach area or driving to other cities.

It was a great house, in a great location! We rented it because it read pet friendly, Nice big family room, great for hanging out!. It’s a short walk to downtown and the Pier, hardly takes any time at all to walk it. Lots of off street parking. The owner was easy to get a hold of and very responsive.

It was graduation weekend at UNE and we had family members traveling from North Carolina and Pennsylvania. This was the PERFECT house for a large number of people. There was so much room to gather in large groups and small groups. The back patio with the fire pit was a big hit, as well as the upper deck with the hammock. Loved working with the property owner as well. Thank you for a perfect weekend!

Very nice place

This was a great place--easy walk to the beach and a very large house. The beds were large and comfy, the kitchen was great and had what we needed; we loved it! We were a small group, and did find ourselves wondering where a larger group would eat, as the table is pretty small, but this didn't bother us at all and I'm sure a larger group could figure it out. Overall we highly recommend it, and will stay there again if we make it back to Old Orchard Beach!

Great Stay

This property very deceiving from the outside. It is very big with lots of space. We had 8 adults and one child and there was plenty of room. Great kitchen and new patios outside. Close to Lamberts Market for supplies. Very close to everything but the house across the street a real eye sore.
